15% - (view spoiler)[I like how Clara already knows that she is part-angel. Normally in these sorts of books the main purpose is finding out that they are ____ [insert paranormal creature here]. It cool that her mum and brother is too. I think her Dad does know though, don't you think? He seemed to know more than what he was saying on the phone.

I feel bad for her brother too, having to be moved so suddenly for Clara's purpose. What do you reckon her mother's purpose is?? Helping complete Clara's or something like that??

I feel a love-triangle already going on between Clara, Christian and this new Tucker guy. I like Tucker already. Clara was so rude to him though about his truck. His sister was right there too. I didn't like the fainting and Christian carrying her though, that was clichéd.

I don't know if I like Clara at the moment. She is okay, a little up herself though. (hide spoiler)]

Something is really just not working for me. I am not feeling Clara and I don't like how casually everything is taken. Angela's mother was raped but a freakin' evil angel and Clara all like okay, sure but how could you go on the wrestling team, Jeff?? I felt like that was something major that needed to be explored a lot more than it was. I mean rape! That's is simply terrible. I don't know how I feel about this Angela being an angel thing though and Christian? Fifty bucks he is one too. (hide spoiler)]

@Rachael Sorry, but I am nearly finished now! I like it but isn't very good if that makes sense. A lot of people are going to have problems with the romance, myself included, because it is too cheesy and dominates over the paranormal themes.

The first chapter or two is set in California, that's it. :)

100% - I liked this but that was the most anticlimactic ending I have ever read. Very, very predictable. I knew exactly what would happen from her first vision in the one of the earliest chapters. I ended up liking it more than I thought though. It ended with too much unresolved though. Very, very, very eager for the next book!!
