Joe had just finished with the paperwork, and he turned to Vanna, "How does the house look?" he said

"It's amazing." She replied. Grace nodded in agreement and held her arms out for Joe to pick her up.
Joe picked her up and spun her and looked back at the woman. "Hey.. This house is so beautiful, why do you wanna sell it?" He asked curiously
The woman smiled and said "Something about just wasn't for me. I've had it for a while and some things just changed.""I was wondering why there weren't many buyers for this place. Is there anything bad? Water damage? Anything?" She asked.
The woman shook her head, "Well, there's no physical damage to the house. It does have some history to it, but every house does, right?" She smiled sweetly and said nothing more.
"Well we appreciate you letting us come out and look at it." He said getting ready to leave
The lady nodded "If you need any help moving in, just give me a call."
"Will do Ma'am" He waves goodbye and gets in the car
Vanna puts Grace in her seat and gets in the car after.
Joe smiles at Vanna and puts his seatbelt on. "Alright lets go home and pack somemore stuff up" He said to her.
Vanna buckled hers and started the car. "I've gotten Grace's things and most of the kitchen together. It won't take long to get the rest."
"the faster were done, the faster we move!!!" He said excitedly
"If we keep it organized, we can easily be packed by tonight and moved in here by tomorrow evening." Vanna smiled, pulling back out of the driveway and driving back to their current home.
Joe sat alone in the car for the longest time. He was thinking how he almost died earlier.
Vanna and Grace packed up some more when they were at the house.
Soon he starts to tear up and cry softly. He realise how easy it can be to lose sombody you love so quickly
Vanna notices that Joe still hasn't come in and goes to check on him.
Joe lays his head on the dash, unaware that Vanna is comming
She walks up to the side of the door where he's sitting and knocked on the window.
Joe jumps up and grabs his chest and gasps as he looks out
Vanna smiled sweetly, her eyes apologizing for scaring him. She asked if he could roll the window down.
He rolls the window down waiting to see what she wanted.
"Are you okay, love?" She asked quietly, resting her hand on his cheek.
"No, not really" he touches her hand. "I almost died today. I realised how easy it was to lose a family member . I never wanna leave you guys, but i can't promise I won't" He says crying
"Look, Joe, everyone leaves sooner or later, whether it's their choice or not. I know you can't promise us that you will never leave, but I know that even if you did, you'd still be with us. I love you, darling, and I know you love this family, and that will never change." Vanna said softly. She kissed his other cheek and wiped his tears away.
He got out of the car and hugged her tightly like he was never going to let go.
Vanna hugged him back, wrapping hers around him gently. "You never need to worry about that, alright?" She said quietly.
Joe wiped the tears frim his eyes and held her hand and went inside. He gets into his office and tries to draw out the plans for the next house, they will be building.
Vanna walks back into the room with Grace and begins packing some more of their things.
Joe got a sketch of the house done in just a few minutes. He was really good at his job and he loved to do it, but it was so dangerous at times
Vanna and Grace finished packing the kitchen and began on the living room.
*later that night*
Joe was laying on the bed looking at Vanna. It's like everyday she got more and more beautiful.

Vanna was fast asleep, cuddling against Joe.
Joe gently kissed her cheek trying not to wake her.
They both had a long day. A few hours later, Vanna began having a terrible nightmare.
Joe was half asleep oblivious to her nightmare, His sleep slowly got deeper and deeper.
Soon after the nightmare had began, Vanna sprung up. She shook her head and looked at Joe, hoping she didn't wake him up. She slipped out of the bed quietly, walking out of the room to check on Grace. She peaked into her room and saw that she was asleep as well. She smiled and then walked into the kitchen, flipping on the light. The kitchen was basically empty, other than a few cups and appliances.
Joe notices Vanna got up, He waited till she walked away before he decided to check on her. He walked down the hall and entered the kitchen.
Vanna was leaning on the counter, looking around at the almost completely empty room. She noticed Joe from the corner of her eye and looked up at him.
"Hey babydoll, whatcha doin up?" He asks with a smile
"Just a nightmare. It's no big deal." She shrugged. She smiled with a tired expression and then looked down at her hands.
Joe walked up to her and gently held her hands. "Why don't you tell me about it?" He suggests
"It's stupid." She shrugged. She rested her head on his chest and closed her eyes again, letting out a light sigh.
"c'mon you can tell me" He suggests again hugging her
"It was just weird. It was us three in the new house, that's normal, but I don't even know what happened. It was terrible. I can't even remember." She sighed. She shook her head and rubbed her eyes with one hand.
"Were we attacked by ghots or some poltergiest, because the house is apparently haunted?" He lets out a small laugh
"I don't know. It kind of gave me a bad feeling about this house. I guess it's nothing. Just a bad dream." She smiled, shrugging.
"Well we don't have to move if you don't feel comfortable with it." He says grabbing her hand
"I want to. I really do. I love the house and it's so beautiful and just perfect for us. I'm sure once we get there and get settled in, everything will be fine. It was just a silly nightmare." Vanna smiled and looked up at him.
"I know what will make you feel better." He says with a smile
