The cover of my book is only showing up for the eBook edition, but not for the Kindle and Amazon print editions. How do I fix this? Thank you in advance for your help!

I'm concerned because I just submitted a giveaway, and the cover's not showing up for it...
It is the same, but I can't figure out how to add it to the other editions. Somehow I was able to do it for the original one but can't seem to find a link for uploading the others.
