The book must have been on the bookshelf before you started reading it, and it cannot be a book YOU added :)
4. Read FOUR books that make you laugh.
5. Read FIVE books by your favorite author – must all be the same name.

6. Read SIX books written in first person point of view.
7. Read SEVEN books by debut authors – publishing his/her first book since this challenge began.
8. Read EIGHT books set in a country other than your own.

10. Read TEN books that are #1 in a series.
11. Read ELEVEN books by new-to-you authors.
12. Read TWELVE books from CCC group members’ bookshelves – mix and match as you wish.

13. Read THIRTEEN books that have been recommended by a friend / family member / co-worker -- NOT a magazine/newspaper, etc.

14. Read FOURTEEN books with covers that are predominantly (more than 50%) your favorite color.

15. Read FIFTEEN books of your choice.
16. Read SIXTEEN books that are part of a series.
Be sure to tell us what series each book is from, and where it ranks in the series (2nd, 3rd, 10th, whatever).
17. Read SEVENTEEN books published in 2011, 2012 or 2013.
Be sure to tell us what year each book was published.
18. Read EIGHTEEN books that are stand-alones.
19. Read NINETEEN books whose titles start with A, An or The.
20. Read TWENTY books in your favorite genre – choose just ONE genre.

CHALLENGE RULES: :
♦ If you want to participate in a challenge, please sign up by posting at least a partial list of the challenge requirements. This gives us a post to link you to, which you can use to update your books as the challenge progresses.
♦ Books must be at least 150 pages long and may only be used for one task in this challenge. However, cross-challenge posting is encouraged :)
♦ For each book you read, please indicate the title, the author and the date you finished reading it. If the task calls for an item or color on the cover, include a link to the book cover. If it’s not obvious from the book title or cover, be sure to explain how your book fits the task. If you don’t, you won’t get credit for completing that task. If you don’t know how to post a link to the book title, cover or author, see the instructions here: Add a link to the book title, book cover and/or author
♦ If you want the challenge moderator to verify your books as you post updates, please copy/paste your update into a new message. If you do this while you still have the Edit window open, it will copy all of your formatting, etc. too. We don’t have time to scroll back through the entire thread looking for "message #15," or to follow links back to an original post.
♦ When you complete the challenge, please post your entire list as a new message to make it easier for everyone to see what you’ve read :) If you don’t repost your list, your name will not be added to the list of those who have completed the challenge.
