Dream: To grow up and be a biology teacher, make a difference in the lives of students, maybe do a scientific research project that I write a well known journal article on; become an author one day
Fav. Movie: Harry Potter (any), and Disney movies
Why you joined this group: I think I was invited to join by a good reads friend if I’m not mistaken
What age you learned to read: Well, maybe around five. I remember in first grade my school had me doing RTS (Read to Succeed) and I’m not sure if thats good or bad, since I was one if the only kids in my class doing it. I can tell you that by fourth grade I was advanced in Reading and read way to fast aloud (as shown by the play where I was speaking over skype to an Austin, Texas school)
When you first started writing stories: I know in elementary school, but I really got into writing in eighth grade, writing a story in a book that only a few close friends have ever read.
Anything else we should know about you: I am in high school, participating in my school’s Envirothon. We actually came in 12 place at the state event on Wednesday; I love biology and science; I am an avid reader who is sooo behind on reading; I am in Honors Biology and Honors English I this year (along with Alg. 1, Honors World History I, and French II); I enjoy learning French; I love to write
