Just wanted to say, and I think I speak for most of the members here, we appreciate all the work you put into this group. I spent months looking for a place where my sudden addiction to this series could be matched. Then I found this group and have been equally hooked ever since. Not sure you get enough kudos from us...so, here you go...KUDOS.
I so agree with you Dawn. This is how I got involved with GR. I have always loved in death series. Also there are so many books in the series and are stand alone books so I can go back and read one book, even out of order and know be caught all over again.

About 3 years ago, my sisters-in-law introduced me to this series. After my third re-read, they suggested another series, Suzanne Brockmann's Troubleshooters. I started devouring that series and was ordering the eBooks from Amazon to read on my new iPad. While reading one of the books, I discovered something extra when I opened the book details section in the Kindle app. Suddenly I found myself on Shelfari, a much smaller version of Goodreads. The first thing I did was look for a group for the In Death series as I was still haunted by the stories and wanted to talk about them. I hit pay dirt and that was the beginning of my online book discussions.
So, that long story was to let you know how I understand the desire to find others who want to talk about these stories and characters. I'm hoping this group serves as that outlet and my beginnings inspire me to try to give all of you what was given me almost three years ago...a safe and guilt free experience to obsess about all things In Death!!

Yes! That is exactly how I felt when I found this group. I also belong to the group at Shelfari, but it is not as interactive or user friendly as GR.

It used to be but we lost so many people from Shelfari once they started having so many performance issues. It's really sad because it used to be a very lively group.
