Hope everyone is enjoying their evening! With mom out of town this weekend for a breather, I'm having a "scary" movie night with my boys, who are 9,11 and 13. We're watching the old 1990 movie ARACHNOPHOBIA, and I found the perfect movie treat for them to snack on while we watch it: little gummi octopus - they look like spiders. I've never seen candy disappear so slowly before!

Made some progress in Swan Song, fixed lunch, and went to church this morning. Getting ready to eat and go to my son's house for a while. Gonna be a busy day.

Just watched The Stand for the first time since it originally aired on television. After reading Swan Song I just had to watch this. I have to say that The Stand, though cheesy was pretty damn good. Now I need to reread the book.

Just got home from work to find that the print proofs for my book Toes Up had arrived. It is now time to settle in and read through in search of any pesky typos that may still be hiding in it. I sure hope I don't find any.

Just got home from all my running and it's bedtime real soon. Have to get up in a little over six hours. Gonna take meds, wait for them to kick in, read in the meantime, and then bed. Reading Swan Song for around 30 minutes or so.

Just dropped the kids off at school so I'm going to mop the kitchen. then I'll probably start on Gone. since the series completed recently I can finally start it, went to the library yesterday and picked up all 6

I tend to read more ya than anything. probably because almost everything is a series so it last longer or it could be I just miss being a teenager lol
