Add book to my author page

I have requested that the print and Kindle editions of this book be combined, but I guess I should have waited until the Nook version was uploaded. Will this book be added to my author page as soon as it is processed, since there are 21 authors? Or do I need to do something to connect it to my author page?

Looks like your name had been added oddly (maybe with another author's name mixed in?)
