This is a book that shoud be deleted. I have asked this a couple of times and it just won't work. Rivka said that "Re 797: It seems like it won't ever behave without developer assistance, but I have an open ticket with a couple of those. It may take some time for a developer to zap them, but it will happen."

So I just made this a new topic so that this will not be forgotten. :)
