"Hi--kar--i...?" Words not formed by Vanitas spoke, causing Vanitas to growl again. "He still has some power... Only way to keep him down is to defeat you, Ventus." He spoke, shifting from speaking to himself to Ventus.

Ventus seemed to grow courage as Hikari spoke. "Madame, keep talking to him. To Sora. Sora is hearing you. I can see him trying to break out of Vanitas's dark core."

"Let me go! You hurt her and I'll---"

Shut up, excuse for a Weilder. Vanitas snarled mentally at the puny pureheart, who had to keep a dark form locked to keep his heart pure. You can't escape; you can't save anyone. Once I complete the Ultimate Weapon, you'll be nothing but a spirit wandering in the over world, the spirit I once used to be. And just to help, I'll destroy your spirit if you wish.

Hikari half smiled when she heard her name,Then she nodded as she heard Ventus,She knew she had to do something,Vanitas was not taking the only person that understood her,Made her feel like she was almost normal,Like she wasn't alone anymore,"Sora,You can do this,I know you can" She said and just watched Vanitas,"Remember back at the treehouse...I told you I'd be here,I won't leave you..Ever" She said as she glanced at Kimba..She felt like she wasn't helping,Really all she was doing was talking..Was she really helping at all?.

"Don't let him take me over!" Vanitas suddenly yelled, the spikes of his hair slightly growing brown, but stopped at a point, and remained. Vanitas growled, this time not mentally. "If you don't stay down, I will kill all of them. Any more motive and I will go after the girl first."

"You wouldn't."

Ventus tightened his grip on his KeyBlade. "Can't hurt her if you're fighting me." He spoke bluntly. He wasn't going to let anyone get hurt here. The only person getting hurt would more than likely be he and his brother after Ventus separated his brother form Sora.

Hikari noticed his hair and caught herself before she smiled instead she just listened to them both before she rolled her eyes,"I don't need anyone to fight for me,Vanitas..What do I have to do to get Sora back?,No avoiding or babble about the ultimate weapon I want to know short and quick what I have to do" She said not moving her gaze from him,"I'm not afraid of you or anyone else" She said her keyblade appeared in her hand.

Nike flicked her ears worriedly,"Hikari..Don't push it" She said softly.

Vanitas frowned. "Only two people can accomplish separated me from Sora; myself and Ventus."

Ventus added onto Vanitas. "So can one other. Which is you, Hikari. You seem to have the tightest bond to Sora; you can release him, as well. With your help, we both can get Sora separated from Vanitas."

Hikari was about to say something but was cut short by her thoughts as she looked at Ventus,"Me?,How can I help?" She questioned not really thinking she could.

"...I know exactly how." Ventus spoke, getting an idea. "Vanitas is pure dark, but Sora isn't. If we use light magic to attack Vanitas, he will be damaged by the pure light, and Sora will and can use the light energy given to him to free himself!" Ventus thought telepathically to Hikari. "Just give me time to Think." Ventus spoke, nodding at Hikari.

Vanitas rolled his eyes. "Are we going to fight, or what?"

Hikari sighed to herself then she heard Ventus in her thoughts,"I can't..I mean I'm not light" She said in reply to that,It was a good plan besides she couldn't help.

"You've used light magic before, have you not? Come on, we can do this." Ventus looked at his brother after he thought that to her. "If it's a fight you want, it's a fight you'll get."

Vanitas smirked. "Finally, now I'll be able to complete the ultimate weapon and end this rivalry for good, and the correct way. Once the ultimate weapon so complete, I'll make sure these two clans listen to my rules. Darkness will finally rule the land of so called light."

Hikari shook her head slightly,She didn't remember using light magic,But maybe if she thought different then she did when she used dark it would work,Just maybe,With a glance at Nike and Kimba she looked at Ventus and Vanitas,"I will Never listen to your rules Vanitas" She said darkly.
