"Ow!" Leo rubbed the back of his head as he looked down. "No. I don't know him, you? You're Zena's best friend, remember? Zena and I, we don't have any connection other than kicks, glares and a looks that form three words: Go to Hell," Leo grumbled, peering at a guy than seemed shorter than him.

((Oh, it just says in his profile that he's 6'4".))

"Fine. Moi=stupid, Maisie=genius. Happy?" Leo retorted, leaning on the rail, watching the show. "He looks like a Bleeder and a Freelancer... Good replacement for Ruth, huh?"

"Have you ever fed from a bleeder?" he asked, leaning back in his chair. "You only need a drop to be satisfied."

"Of course," Renn said, pressing his thumb nail into his index finger. A small bit of blood welled up on his finger.

"You're very welcome, although you drank more than needed. Only older bleeders usually need that much," Renn said, frowning.

"Ah, so it's a debt to a friend," Renn said, hitting the nail on the head. "I had friends once."

((How long ago did it go to sh*t?))

"I don't really know. How about, when we reach the top floor, we look down the railings and shout down the question," Leo said, pressing seven rapidly, unable to stop because of the previous events. With another 'ting' the doors slid open and Leo made his way to the railings.
"HEY! VINCENT SOLER! ARE YOU SURE YOUR APARTMENT IS SAFE? WE JUST MET YOU SO DON'T EXPECT US TO GET TOO WARM WITH YOU. SO, ANSWER: IS YOUR APARTMENT SAFE?" Leo hollered down.
