At first this book left me feeling that the book had no depth. Each of the women were only superficially explored. Then I began to feel that the reason they weren't explored in depth was that the author wanted us to feel how small a space each of us takes in the Grande scheme of eternity. Each women contributed a small part of this. But overall it had no dramatic impact or change to humanity
