I also think the most popular edition (that has no isbn and no format) probably should be the hardcover edition that's being published. No one has the hardcover with isbn edition rated yet so probably easiest edit would be to change format of the most popular edition with 23 ratings to the hardcover being published 2014, move the isbn from other hardcover edition with 0 ratings, then delete the duplicate hardcover edition.

Since moving an isbn number, probably needs a librarian consensus or staff/super weigh in. I think what happened is that this is a series with a lot of fans that had shelved placeholder edition without even a real title until last May while awaiting the real editions with the isbn information.
