Editing a Goodreads Author's profile / incorrect link to blog?

I do get regular emails with blog digests from the authors that I am a "fan" of. Michael Marshall Smith is one of those authors and has a blog - but I have not been getting emails. Turns out he is a Goodreads Author and claimed his profile, but the blog linked to his account is an outdated / old one.

His blog is now at http://michaelmarshallsmith.com/blog/

As that is a WordPress site, I assume there is an RSS Feed.

I tried "Edit Data" on his profile, but as he is a Goodreads Author, I can't. I thought I'd message him to let him know, but that link does nothing when I click on it (maybe he switched it off?). So, is there any way the blog linked to his account could be updated to the current one?

This is an old question, but I found it since I have the same issue with another author. I haven't found a solution here, but I was also thinking that contacting the profile would be the only way to get it updated, unless a Superlibrarian could do it.

If they are a Goodreads Author, then the only person who can update that is the author themself (or their representative). In theory Staff can, but they have stated they will only intervene either at the direct request of the author, or in the event of death.

Supers are no different from Librarians in the arena of editing author profiles :)
