Okay - using a crowd funding source now to try and gather the money to get an editor.

Gamal Hennessy | 154 comments Thank you Josiah. Did you have success collecting editorial funds with crowdsourcing? I just paid the editor as a business expense, but I'd like to know how it worked out for you.

Brandon Mahoney (brmahoney) | 5 comments I find that affording an editor is the hardest thing for me atm. My wife works full time and I am doing my best to get my foot in the door as a writer. I can't work a normal job due to medical issues with my arms. So writing will be the only way I can make a living, if i succeed at it any way. I write cause I found out I love to do it, but I wouldn't mind if it started paying the bills.
