She turned to walk away happy she was able to help. 'he was nice' Rikki thought

((Haha, well good! I think really she's just confused and didn't even couldn't even admit to herself that she liked the guy...that is till Corey kinda made her admit it to herself. So...they've officially broken up then, right?))
Audrey sat in with the strawberries, her legs crossed, poking throughout the bushes.
Corey still was wondering through the Strawberry field. He couldn't bring himself to leave
Audrey was on her stomach, dirt smudged on her cheek. She heard the crunch of footsteps, but she was too intent on what she was doing to look up.
Corey stopped in front of a girl. He smiled.
"YOu seem very into picking those strawberries" He chuckled

Her eyes flicked up. "They're the best at the base. Everybody seems to forget that," she said, her fingers scraping against the branches.
He knelt down. He held out his fingers and picked a strawberry at the bottom. "Right here?"
"Yup!"

She smiled. "Some of them aren't as ripe as others, but they're still good."
"Aren't all strawberries?" He asked
"That's very true, she said sitting back in her heels. She got her first good look at him and wrinkled her nose. "I don't think I've seen you around before."
He raised an eyebrow. "Am I bad looking?"
"No!! No! Not at all!" She said, shaking her head quickly. "I just haven't seen you. You're very attractive." Her eyes widened, realizing what she'd said, and dropped her head blushing furiously.
He chuckled "i doubt that..my eyes are red and puffy" He told her
"It's not that bad," she said, looking up at him through her lashes.
He sighed "Well that's good right? So what's your name?"
"I think so. I'm Audrey. And you?"
"Corey" He chuckled and held out is hand "Son of apollo"
She smiled. "Nice to meet you Corey. My mom's Lyssa if you were wondering."
"I was.." He chuckled "How long have you been here?"
He smild "I have been here a month or so"
"Oh," she said, her eyes widening. "Welcome to camp!"
"Why? If you don't mind my asking," she added quickly.
"It's just...break ups suck!"
