Kyle abandoned the jacket and picked up the remains of the picnic basket. Running quickly so as not to be horrifically late, he eventually caught sight of a girl that he could have sworn to be an angel. Or Robin. Was there really a difference? He jogged up behind her and a mischievous smirk crawled over his face. "Boo." he whispered in her ear.

Robin jumped slightly, then spun around to see Kyle looking... Amazing. Seriously, amazing. She immediately grinned, looking up at him. "Hey."
"Well, hello to you too, gorgeous. You're looking quite smashing." he grinned. "Now, let's get this party started. I brought world-renowned cuisine for us to fine dine on." Kyle paused. "The birds found it quite delicious." he added somewhat sheepishly. "But, hey. Who needs food?"
Robin laughed and blushed, unable to help it. "Well it's good that you've been feeding the wildlife." She glanced down at the picnic basket and smiled, looking back up at him. She kissed his cheek lightly. "You picked a lovely spot."
"Why, thank you, Madam. I do try my best to please the lovely lady." Kyle held up his pointer finger, imploring her to wait for just a minute. He said a quick prayer and rummaged around in the picnic basket. Thank goodness, the blanket that he had brought for them to sit on was still, miraculously in there along with the other useless stuff.
Robin blushed again, brightly, and sat down beside Kyle after he spread the blanket. "This is amazing. Thank you, Darlin." She murmured, unable to stop smiling.
"What can I say? Impromptu plans are my specialty." he muttered. It must be so much easier to be normal like a civilized human being. Kyle plucked out the contents of the basket and laid them out before them. "We have a couple butter knives, some cookies, and one, two... three whole napkins! Yes, Ma'am, this is truly living large, I tell you."
Robin tapped her chin, pretending to think. "Hmm... I think I'll have to go with a cookie. Sounds delightful." She smiled again and picked up one of them. "I'm definitely liking the fine dining." She said honestly.
"Thank goodness. I'll be sure to send my compliments to the chef." he replied. Kyle took a bite out of the cookie and turned to face Robin. "You're a mystery, you know." he murmured.
Robin finished her bite of her cookie and glanced at Kyle. "Why do you think that?" She asked curiously, scooting closer to Kyle.
"Well," he started in a low voice that was almost a whisper, "you're stunningly beautiful, but at the same time, you're humble. You like to let loose and have fun, but you're classy, too." Kyle creased his brow and met her eyes. "I like you, Robin. I like you a lot. Maybe one day, you'll let me solve your mystery."
Robin stared into his bright eyes, unsure of what to say. Could anything sweeter have been said? She smiled shyly and placed her hand on top of his. "I'd like that. I really would."
Kyle flipped his hand over so his fingers were entwined with hers, and he looked down to their connecting hands. "Well, I'm going to totally ruin the moment. Are you ready?" he asked.
Robin smiled widely, nodding. "Go for it." She glanced down at their connected hands, her heart skipping a beat.
"Just a minute. I have to do something first." Kyle leaned in, pulled Robin close, and stole a fiery kiss. "Sorry about this, Babe." he laughed and pulled out the silly string he had hidden in the picnic basket. Kyle squirted it straight at Robin and he clutched his side, laughing at the expression on her face. This was what all 18 year old guys did. He just had that really high maturity level.
Robin pulled back from the kiss with a smile, but then was attacked by silly string. She was surprised for a second, then grinned and jumped onto Kyle, grabbing the silly string. "Oh, you're gonna get it." She pulled away and sprayed him, laughing. "Ha!"
The laughter racking through him had paralyzed Kyle's motion altogether, so when Robin sprayed him, all he could do was laugh. Ah, the pleasures of peaceful, serene dates. "Truce! Truce!" he wheezed. A tear had escaped the corner of his crinkled eye, and it was a full three minutes before he regained some sense of composure.
Robin was lying on the ground beside him, giggling and laughing hysterically as well. The look on his face was priceless, and she loved seeing him this happy. She finally slowed down her laughter, still looking up at the sky.
((Gtg :( Bye!))Kyle turned to look at Robin, and he felt something lurch in his chest when he met her warm eyes. Yes, he sounded like a freaking girl, but he couldn't even help it. She did crazy things to him. "You're so beautiful." Didn't he have anything else to say? Maybe something intelligent and witty? No? All of his thoughts left him around this girl. It couldn't be natural to feel this strongly.
Robin's eyes met Kyle's, and when he called her beautiful, her heart practically melted. The way he said it, and his smile, she couldn't help but smile back. When she was with him, it was like there was no one else, only her and him, and she was completely fine with that. Slowly, she reached up and cupped his cheek with her hand, stroking it with her thumb. "And you're so very handsome." She replied.
((Okie dokie, byeee!))
((Okie dokie, byeee!))
"Why, thank -... Now that's just rude." Kyle retorted. His ghost had enlisted the help of some other, random dead person, and they were both bent over laughing. "Seeing as we both look the exact, bloody same, I wouldn't be laughing if i was you." Well, that shut the first ghost up rather quickly, and he whacked the other ghost over the head, which only made him crack up even more. This launched a full fledged war between the two, and if they were alive, Kyle figured both of them would have died again. "Sorry about that." he murmured, turning his attention back on Robin. He was such a bad boyfriend.
Robin ran a hand through his hair, shaking her head. "It's alright. I'm sorry you have to deal with that, love." She murmured, resting her hand on the back of his neck. She hated that he was constantly bugged by the ghosts.
"Don't apologize." he whispered in her ear. "Let's just pretend they aren't here." Kyle tucked a strand of hair gently behind her ear and started humming some tune under his breath.
Robin closed her eyes and smiled, Kyle's breath on her neck tickling. She slowly stroked the back of his neck with her thumb as she listened to the tune, curious about what it was.
The melody formulating in his mind always stopped at one point, and Kyle's humming abruptly came to a halt. Music was all he had before. He was glad that wasn't he case now.
Robin sighed softly. "That was really pretty." She muttered, opening her eyes to look up at him. She smiled shyly, looking into his eyes. "I don't know how I got so lucky."
"Oh, shush." he said, shaking his head. "If anyone is lucky, it's me. Now, I feel thoroughly ridiculous and equally giddy after saying that, so I challenge you to a strawberry eating challenge." he smirked.
Robin leaned up and stole a quick, sweet kiss, before rolling away and sitting up. She giggled and stood, offering Kyle a hand. "Come on, then."
"You're on, Lovely." he laughed and took her outstretched hand. "How do you propose we go about this?"
Robin tapped her chin as they walked to the patches of strawberries. "Hmm... See how many we can eat in a minute?"
Dino was picking strawberries as red as the steaks in her black hair. She smiled at the amazing sweet taste and walked a little bit farther until picking some more and putting them in a basket. The daughter of Hades was in a particularly good mood that day for no good reason whatsoever.
Drake on the other hand wasnt in such a great mood. Some of the Hermes kid went and hiddenbhis sword and bow and arrow on hik. He got them to tell him where they were and he may or may not of struck them with lightning then left to find the weapons in the strawberry fields.
Dino saw the boy and gave him a small smile before bending over to pick another strawberry. She continued, walking slowly and enjoying the sweet aromas of the fields. It always seemed to smell amazing there.
Drake smiled a little back and looked through the bushes for his weapons. He groaned and looked at the girl. "um... excuse me. Have you seen a bow and arrow and a sword around here somewhere." He asked her.
"that would be fantastic." he smiled and kept looking. "im Drake, a son of zeus." he told her as he looked around.
"I'm Dino, daughter of Hades." She looked around a bit more and soon found a sword. "Is this yours?"
"Ah.. Yes! Thanks." He said and took it puting it in its sheath. "its nice to meet you. I know another Daughter of Hades. Her names Megan I think."
"If you can't remember her name, how do you know her?" Dino asked. "And I don't really spend time around the Zeus cabin."
"Just ran into her once during trainijg." He shrugged. "Oh well you're around one now."
Dino shrugged. "True, but I don't often spend time around your cabin, hell, I rarely spend time with my own!" She smiled.
He laughed a little. "I dont Really hang around my either. Im usually out training." He smiled and found his bow.
"Mine are all too.... how do I say this nicely.... sad and depressing along with being a little scary." She made a face.
"Well... I guess you have a point." He said. "but then again. i have no idea?" he laughed a little.
He shrugged and laughed. "Us zeus kids arent that bad. At least I think im load of fun."
"psh... me follow rules? I like to think of myself as a bad boy. I actually got baned from the archery range for blowing up a bunch kf things while experimenting with my powers." He shrugged and laughed.
