She leaned on him unsure what to say.

He took a deep breath and sighed. "I'm sorry. I just hate thinking about how I wasn't there when you needed me most."
"It's not your fault." she argued. "There was nothing you could do about it."
"I know. I just want to go back and time and find you when this was happening and help you and be there for you," he said, softly, burying his face in her neck.
"Look on the bright side, this is part of what makes me... me. All of my experiences and problems..."
He nodded. "I know. I just hate thinking of you suffering. I'm sorry, it's just me being super over protective again."
She kissed him lightly, "Don't apologize, it's sweet that you care."
"I just don't want you to be uncomfortable if I care too much."
"You could never care too much." she said softly.
"Are you sure?" he asked quietly, resting his head on hers. "Cuz I don't want to scare you off?"
She smiled, "You could be absolutely mad, and I'll still love you."
He felt his heart skip a beat and closed his eyes. "Gods, Stevie, I ..."
He kissed her back gently, melting away completely. He held her close, still holding her slightly above him.
She cupped his cheek with one hand.
He place his hand on top of hers, letting his lips move with hers fluently.
She tightened her arm around him, hugging him close.
He tightened his arms around her small waist, holding her tightly against him, with no space between them.
She placed her hand over his heart.
His heartbeat picked up under her touch, and it fluttered in his chest. He squeezed his eyes shut, moaning quietly.
She couldn't be happier at the moment.
He pulled back after a while, struggling to catch his breath. "Gods, Stevie," he breathed.
She smiled lightly. "I can assume that you enjoyed that?"
"No, it was the most vile thing I've ever experienced," he replied, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "What do you think?"
"I hated it." she said smirking. "Never again."
He shook his head. "Agreed," he said, and kissed her gently. "Starting now."
He kissed her again briefly. "Alright, starting now," he said, smirking.
She laughed, "We are bad at this."
He shrugged. "I guess we are. Oh well," he replied, indifferently. He hooked his arm around her waist, catching her lips against his again.
She leaned on him kissing him gently.
He kissed her slightly harder, pulling her closer.
She held the sides of his face kissing him passionately.
He sighed happily, moving his hand along her back gently.
She smiled against his lips sighing happily before continuing kissing him.
He pulled back suddenly, flashing her a large smile. "We suck at this," he said, stroking her cheek gently.
She chuckled, "We absolutely do. I don't mind it though."
He shook his head, smiling. "It was stupid anyways considering how all our conversations end up."
She nodded smiling, "We should have known better."((Got to go))
He buried his face in her neck, breathing her in. "I suppose if you wanted me to stop I would, but it would be hard."
"I would never want you to stop." she said gently.
He smiled. "Alright then. If that's what you want."
She smiled back, "I'm glad that's settled."
He nodded, kissing her gently. "Okay, now what?"
She shrugged, "We should probably get dressed."
He nodded, pulling away. "Yes, I suppose if we're going to do anything productive we should start by getting dressed."
She nodded, "Yep." She went over to her chest and picked out some cloths. "I don't think I have an extra pair you'll fit in..."
"Hmm. I could wear this," he said, gesturing to his current outfit. "Then change later at my cabin. Did you want to keep it?"
She shook her head, "If you want it, you can keep it."
"Alright," he replied, kissing her cheek. "Though you can borrow it."
