“Oh, thanks. Maybe I could learn another song eventually?”
"See, you adore me. you want more lessons. We could let Ellisey try and teach you." She said with a wicked grin.
((Ok, bye!!))He shook his head. “No. Not that little girl. I would rather it be anyone else.”
"Okay." Lux laughed. She got an idea. "You must be a bad influence," she started, "Because I think I'm going to sing at the campfire tonight. Who am I? Where did Lux go?"((Psyche! I'm back for a bit))
((Yay!))“You are? That’s awesome!” He said, smiling a little
"Yep!" She pinched herself. "No, I'm me. This is weird. I have... what's the word? Self... Confidence? Should we head back to your cabin?"
Lux walked in, slid her guitar under her bunk, and flopped facedown onto the bed. Ellisey climbed down and sat next to her. "Hi," Ellisey said. "Where'd the hammer go?" Lux turned to look at the 7-year-old. "No hammers." She said. "I'm not telling you. No hammers." She said again.
Ashley was on her bed, staring at the ceiling. “This child is a demon.”
"yes, she is." Lux agreed. "Chiron made her sleep in the older camper's area so she doesn't kill any of the little kids in their sleep, she added, shooting a look at the child next to her.
She sat up in horror. “She’s sleeping in the same room as us?!”
"Relax," Lux said. "There are no weapons in the cabin as of right now. the only thing is my necklace, and I have that on. Unless you have a hammer or an ax, we're safe."
She shook her head. “I use the camp’s weapons, which I’m actually happy about now.”
"As you should be." Lux nodded. "El, get off my bed." She added, poking the little girl. Ellisey sighed and monkeyed her way to the top bunk. "I heard Calix made a hammer that can turn into an ax today." She added, looking down at her older half-sisters.
Ashley groaned and laid back down. “Don’t ever let Calix near Ellisey.”
"Too late. but if he knows what's good for him, he'll destroy it." Lux sighed, rolling over.
“I hope he will.” She says, then sits up. “Hey, you never said where you went. Were you with that guy?”
"I helped him win a bet against Ramona, from the Hephaestus cabin, and then he wanted more guitar lessons, so we wrote a song," Lux said nonchalantly, smiling to herself.
She smirked and hopped onto her bed. “You were loud, you hummed, you sang, and now you’ve written a song. You like him, don’t you?”
"Probably," Lux muttered. "Ellisey, please don't kill me. You'll understand someday." She added, sitting up. Ellisey grumbled something undecipherable.
Ashley squealed. “I knew it!” Then she turned to look at Chloe. “Hey.”
"guess what mia and colin are at the beach."
"mia maria di angelo daughter of hades,nico's little sister and colin son of styx."
"Never heard of 'em," Lux said, shrugging.
"We're also performing the song together at the campfire tonight," Lux added quietly.
She gasped and squealed again. “That’s awesome!!”
"I need help convincing him to sing, though. Any ideas?"
“Get an Aphrodite kid to charmspeak him.” Ashley suggested
Lux shook her head. "I would never do that." She said fiercly. "Plus, any self-respecting Aphrodite kid would never do that."
“That’s true.” She sighed. “I don’t know.”
Lux shrugged. "It's fine." She looked up. "Ellisey, come tell us about your AcApollos idea."
Ashley looked at her, curious for her answer
Ellisey bounced down. "Ashley plays the piano, Lucio plays the guitar, I play the ukulele, and everyone sings." She yawned, sitting next to Lux.
"Because we're cool." Ellisey nodded sleepily.
“Are you tired already?” She asked her
There was no reply. Ellisey was asleep, head on Lux's shoulder. "She's not as terrifying when she's tired." Lux laughed quietly.
She nods. “Yeah, she’s actually kind of cute.”
