"I just finished my poem," she said. She actually finished the poem about half an hour ago. "I should probably find something better to do other than ruining the cabin furniture anyways," she said with a laugh.

Skyler's expression saddened a little. "Just thinking about home," she said. Skyler ran away from home when she was twelve. Most of the world outside usually assumed children that ran away from home were depressed and possibly disturbed. In Skyler's case, she had been depressed.

Skyler nodded. "My life before camp inspires most of my writing," she said.
Mod
"Yes," she said, scanning the cabins. "I ran away just as any little girl would do if she knew she was not wanted." She stepped outside before turning to look at him.
Mod
"Yeah, I suppose," she said. Wanting to turn the discussion away from herself, she said, "What about you?"
Mod
"Skyler," she said, trying to compose her expression into a smile. "Have you been here long?"
Mod
Skyler smiled. "Don't worry," she said cheerfully. "We will find it."
Mod
She laughed in response. "That would not be the best idea," she said.
Mod
"How do you usually find it?" she asked, smiling. Most people probably did not lose their cabin after six years.
Mod
Skyler smiled at him. "Well, let's take a look," she said, starting to examine the cabins as they walked. "There is bound to be one of your half-siblings in your cabin."

"Is forgetfulness usually one of your most charming qualities?" she asked playfully. She looked into couple more as they walked.
Mod
"Why? What happened?" she asked, looking at him with concerned, sky blue eyes.
Mod
"Sorry to hear that," she said. "Is that a common occurrence?"
Mod
Skyler smiled. "Sort of like an older brother," she said. "Very responsible of you to look after them." She looked into another cabin.
Maddy opened the door and walked inside and looked around the cabin.
Samara looked up from her flute. The song 'River Flows In you, instrumental' was playing in her her headphones.
Mod
"I don't really have a choice", Ray said, shrugging. He'd much rather be having fun with everyone else, but instead he was stuck being the babysitter.
Skyler nodded. "What do you usually do to have fun?" She asked.
Maddy noticed a girl playing the flute and waved to her, smiling.
Jacqueline wrote: "Skyler nodded. "What do you usually do to have fun?" She asked."
Celeste walks in. "Buenas tardes, siblings! How many demigods are in this cabin?"

"I sit by the lake. Or the beach. Any place with water, really", he answered, glancing at her.
Skyler's face lit up. "I love writing at the beach," she said. After a moment, her eyes saddened a little at the memory of the last time she was writing at the beach.

(Back from school. Lol)"Yes," Skyler said. "I usually write narrative poetry."
Mod
Skyler smiled, coloring a little. "My poetry is a little dark," she said. "I don't know if my poems would interest you."

Skyler raised an eyebrow at him, curiously. "Oh?" she said.

"Okay," said Skyler softly. Her face was still warm. "Where do you have in mind?"
