Her eyes widened, "That must be it!" She smiled brightly and kissed him. "Oh my gods, you're a genius!"

"It's just a theory. I dunno. And I'm certainly no genius," he said, blushing slightly and looking down
She wrapped her arms around him, unconvinced.
He pulled her closer, resting his hands gently on her waist. "So what do we do?" He asked softly.
"Did you go through the last of the boxes?" she asked.
"No," he said, turning back to the pile.
She curled up on the floor. "Call me if you find something."
"Alright, sure. You take a nap, I'll do all the work," he said teasingly, kissing her forehead anyway.
"Love you," she said, her eyes closing on their own.
"Love you too, sweetie," he said softly, turning back to the boxes.
She rested one hand under her cheek as she dozed off.
He smiled softly at her before starting to unpack the boxes again.
She twisted around in her sleep unable to find a comfortable position.
He searched through the boxes for a while, and then carefully put things back.
She moaned, wishing she could fall asleep.
He finished and scooted over to her, moving her head into his lap as he stroked her hair.((Gtg))
She sighed happily, finally being comfortable. ((Kk))
He pulled her close, sighing happily.
She turned and laid on her back, resting her hands on her stomach.
He played with her hair gently, smiling down at her.
She breathed softly, sighing in her sleep.
He leaned back slightly, watching her and waiting.
After a while, she opened her eyes slowly. "Where am I?" she said tiredly.
"Still in the mirror," he explained softly, smiling at her.
She sighed, "Let me guess, you didn't find it?"
"Nope, I don't understand it," he muttered, looking down.
"Understand what?" she added softly.
"What else we have to do to get out" he clarified, taking her hand.
She laced their fingers together. "I think it might be about my mom, considering that's the memory we're in."
"Definitely, but what about her?" He asked softly.
She shook her head, "I have no clue."
"Ugh, why won't it just show us?" He groaned, rolling his eyes.
"That'll be TOO easy," she replied sarcastically.
"Of course, maybe we should try to find you," he offered shrugging.
She shrugged, "Sure. That won't be hard, I'm probably on my way to camp as we speak."
"So we head downstairs and wait for you?" He said, squeezing her hand.
"Maybe we can stay up here until I arrive," she asked hopefully.
"Sure, what do you wanna do up here? And how will we notice if you arrive?" He asked
"First question: We can either talk or sleep. I'm fine with both. Second questions: you can probably hear from a mile away all of the swear words I was muttering."
He smiled softly and nodded. "Okay, we can talk if you want, I'm not that tired."
She nodded and sat up, moving onto his lap.
He wrapped his arms around her waist, hugging her close. "So how are you doing?"
She leaned lightly on his chest. "Much better then before," she admitted.
"Okay, good," he said, kissing her forehead.
Smiling at him, she asked, "And what about you?"
"I'm alright. Still a little weirded out from seeing the old me. I was kinda crazy back then."
She kissed his cheek. "Don't worry, I was too."
He sighed and nodded. "Alright. I know it really sucks when people say this, but I'm really sorry about your mom."
"Don't worry about it," she said softly. "The past is the past."
"I know, but I just have to say, you are an incredible person Stevie," he said softly. "From what you've told me, your mom was kinda horrible to you and yet you still miss her. That's amazing."
