"Really?" He asked softly, kissing her collarbone gently.

"Absolutely," she said to him. "I really do love when you do it."
He grinned softly. "Good," he replied and kept kissing her neck.
She found his hand and laced their fingers together.
He ran his thumb over the back of her hand, kissing her jaw.
She sighed happily, closing her eyes.
"20 questions," he suggested, looking up at her. "If you want."
"You go first," he suggested, kissing her chin gently.
"What was your favorite toy or electronic when you were younger?" she asked.
"Hmm. Depends on how young. I loved Silly Putty. And my LeapFrog," he replied, still trailing his lips along her neck and jaw.
He paused for a moment, thinking. "What was the very first date you ever went on like?"
She bit her lip, "It was with Ridge and we went for a walk and picnic on the beach."
"Sounds romantic," he commented, offering her a small smile. "I assume you didn't go swimming."
"Of course not. Umm, what's your favorite memory?"
"Hmm. That's hard. Everything is kinda divide before and after I met you," he explained. "Which do you want?"
"One before you met me and Amanda." she replied smirking.
"What?" He protested. "That's impossible. My life sucked before you two."
She raised her eyebrows, "Really? I doubt it."
He nodded. "Yeah, before Amanda, there was nothing."
"You didn't have a best friend at one of your schools?" she asked.
"Yeah, but I was moving all the time. Then I meet Amanda freshman year and we stayed in New York until she died."
"It must have been hard always moving around."
He nodded. "Yeah, it kinda made me feel like I had no idea who I actually was since I had to keep starting over fresh. And when I met Amanda, it just made sense and I felt like me."
He shrugged. "So no really great memories before that."
"Same here," she agreed. "Not including making some friends here and there, my life wasn't the best."
"But I have you now and you have me and it can only get better from here," he replied, smiling at her.

She smiled back at him, "It's nice having hope."
He nodded. "So back to your question, best memory at camp was the night at the canoe lake. And Pre-camp, it was... Probably, the day Amanda agreed to go out with me," he explained.
"What? You just happened to guess the two most important moments in my life. You don't even know how I asked Amanda out," he protested teasingly, sticking his tongue out at her.
She smirked, "How did you ask her out? You can't beat me spiking a volleyball at Ridge's head just so you know."
"No, it's not as good as that," he agreed, chuckling. "I asked her out several times, jokingly of course when we started hanging out. But we got paired up for a science project and I went he with her so we could work on it. And it was raining and I started dancing in the garden in front of her house, and then her mom got all stern with us. It was hilarious. And we were working on the project and I was staring at her and I just decided to ask again seriously, and she just shrugged and said 'Sure, whatever'."
She smiled softly, feeling the slightest bit of envy. "That's sweet."
He laughed and nodded. "Yeah, I think that was my favorite part of being with her, seeing how much I changed her. She'd never dance in the rain like that before."
He kissed her nose. "Sorry, I'll stop," he said softly, resting his forehead on hers.
She was about to protest but just sighed. "I'm sorry I'm overreacting."
"No, it's understandable," he insisted gently. "I'm talking about my ex, it's natural to feel uncomfortable."
"Thanks for understanding," she whispered.
"Of course, kitty cat," he said, smiling at her. "I'm sorry. I have to be more careful about it."
She hugged him tightly against her.
He hugged her back just as tight, burying his face in her hair. "You okay?" He asked softly.
"Yes," she said softly. "More then okay."
"Okay, good," he said smiling in relief.
