Lol So many options to choose to have my characters perform for this Pride music festival. I was surprised you guys didn't pick more of the better known queer musicians/bands. Rolling Stones because of Mick Jagger, David Bowie, Queen because of Freddie Mercury, Elton John... I think some of the Beatles' music could count too since John Lennon is bisexual. I also want to include some more classical composers. I also recently met a couple queer composers that are a few years older than me since I started going to this little lesbian bar in my neighborhood. Exposure to new composers and their music is very important.

Also i want to make one last character ((cant make too many more or ill loose track)). Im going to make him more intimidating but i want to give him some sort of curse. Something that just makes him want to keep people away but im at blank and open to some ideas :) all of you are super creative with your characters and i want to do something a little different with him.

hmm i mean most of my characters that are cursed aren't the intimidating ones hahahha pyper's curse tends to keep people away but not due to intimidation more due to complication? but her curse is that she gets taken over by an eidolon at night.

alec's a son of thanatos and can hear the voices of the dead when he's alone, so his curse ironically makes him want to be around people more.

the only one of my characters that's cursed and intimidating is probably skylar, but his twin brother riley is almost the exact opposite of him and the curse is that they're always together so riley's softeness sorta balances out sky's harshness.

and then lexi cursed herself lmao but the curse didn't alter anything really because she was always flirty and seductive but now she just can't experience love

Hmmm yeah i do know. Maybe ill do some research for some ideas too in the morning. I do have Nathaniel but he isnt cursed. He has the ability to show people their worst fears but he cant control it yet. So he just wears gloves ((has to be direct skin contact)) kinda like Elsa lol

Lol I had no idea that you guys responded to this until now. Yeah, I know what you mean. I have been having trouble finding music for Heather. I originally liked the idea of her singing Bowie, but I don't know. I can find too much music that would suit Kendra, but then again, she is a daughter of Apollo. I want Melanie to play rock/metal or classical, but I don't think I really know any queer metal musicians. She isn't queer, but I was also thinking of Astrid singing/playing some opera. I found a new, contemporary, gay? composer who wrote some rather interesting, dark opera.

Hey guys! I’m still sick and with these protests and riots going on, I will be on a lot less. I’ll probably SLOWLY be posting in garden, southern woods (for my rp’s going on now), and the concessions. If anyone is also out protesting, be very careful PLEASE! I can not stress that enough.

Hey. I noticed you guys don't really like using the absences thread, so I guess I will post this here. Sorry for being a little unresponsive with my roleplays lately. I have been trying to work on my boundaries with my responsibilities and roleplay, but the result has been that when I do have the time to roleplay, I haven't been feeling up to it. Today, unfortunately, is one of my moodier days, which some of you have probably noticed from my posts in the rant chat.

I hate to say that I will try to post as soon as I can, because lately there has been a correlation to me not answering soon at all, so I will just say we will see what happens.
