Ah, that makes sense. I don't think of my name in the same way. Everyone likes to shorten my name and it doesn't sound right to me. There is nothing eloquent about "Jackie." It sounds terrible to say. I was also teased for my name and ethnicity when I was young.

How about the cabin courtyard or we can just stick with the Hephaestus cabin? I am waiting for a lot of responses to roleplays around the arena and Big House- which I believe are some of the most central parts of camp.

Sounds fun. The carpal tunnel, not so much. What are you watching and creating?

I make a lot of different stuff from doing like life drawings with like models and stuff to doing like illustrations and cartoonish stuff on a computer. Oh and lately ive been watching Haikyuu((dont know if you watch anime at all.)) Its an anime about volleyball pretty much. And Criminal Minds. I cant get enough of Criminal Minds!

I can totally relate to the book thing too. I have a whole tub of books in my basement right now. Ive read maybe 1/4 if them. What book are you currently reading?

@Moe

Hm, that's cool. I have never been very good at drawing, but my sister likes to draw illustrations and cartoon art and she is pretty good.

I admit I don't watch much anime. Most of what I watch are Studio Ghibli films, but I think I also remember watching this one anime about an all-girls school with a lot of the students in gay relationships. I don't remember what it's called anymore. My sister watches a lot of Pokemon, so I sometimes end up watching that too. I also seem to remember watching Yukio when I was younger.

Criminal Minds is a good show. Not sure why I stopped watching it. lol Before my streaming was limited, I was also watching Batwoman, parts of Grey's Anatomy, and Green Arrow. I really want to watch the new series of the L Word, but I also don't want to subscribe to Showtime using my parents' account on Roku, because then I have to explain to them that I want to watch a lesbian soap opera when I haven't come out to them yet.

lol I am rereading the Lost Hero and Persuasion by Jane Austen. I am also reading Lost Illusions by Honore de Balzac for the first time.

~ Devine ~ I just got into it not too long ago. I don't know why I didn't watch it sooner!! I think im only on season 4 or 5 though. Matthew Gray Gubler is my favorite person in this entire world right now.

I love Star wars too! I need to go through and rewatch all of the movies. Its been awhile since I have.

Okay, great. Do you mind posting first? I take longer to post to write my posts than I used to.

That sucks. Have you been taking enough B vitamins? I sometimes develop horrible cramps in my hands and left shoulder because of violin when I don't have enough.

Movies wise, I have watched X-men: Days of Future Past, Cookie, the first X-Men movie, Narnia, and Walter Mitty.

Same here, yeah I’ll totally post it, but I’ll probably wait until morning as it’s 1am here and I need sleep. Huh, no I don’t think was, recently I got back on my multivitamin since it perked me up but we haven’t been able to find it anywhere near us. Yeah I like to hop around on what media I use all the time and I can never seem to stick to one subject for very long. I go through phases. One second its angel statues and 2 days later it roses. Im kind of grateful for being stuck at home because I can finish a lot of unfinished projects.

Ooh, cool. Angel statues like weeping angels? Do you suppose that if you drew weeping angels in Doctor Who that your pictures would become weeping angels? lol Sorry. I have no idea if you watch Doctor Who or not. But that's great! I am glad you are able to continue working on your projects. They sound interesting.

Green Arrow is pretty good. I am on season five. My interest has been wavering though. My sister ruined the Flash for me. :( She kept jumping around for episodes. I like Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl. I admit I like the political aspect to Supergirl.

Yeah pretty much! I love Doctor Who but I haven't watched it in forever. Maybe that's what ill watch next instead of rewatching all the shows ive seen a million times.

The main reason I watched Legends was for Captain Cold. No joke I would die for him too. But then you know... Don't wanna spoil it for anyone so I wont go past that incase someone here plans on watching it. My dad use to watch it when I wasn't home so he would get ahead of me and then continues where he left off when I am home. So ive only see half of the last season. Supergirl is good but I cant get into it as much as the others.

Yeah, Captain Cold is great. I also think Rory is an interesting character. I like how they have developed him. I also liked seeing Sara sweep women off their feet in the first seasons. I think as she grows older, her voice becomes lower and s*xier. 😅

Yeah, I had trouble liking Supergirl at first. I thought she was too peppy at first, but I like the politics involving aliens. I feel like it's a little similar to the politics in the X-men comics and movies. I also like Kara's dynamic with her sister and Alex's dynamic with Maggie.

I just started getting into Batwoman just as I lost streaming. My brother kept talking about it, saying I should watch it because of the LGBT representation. I told him I was bi a couple summers ago.

Yeah, I know! I was reading some of my old roleplays the other day and they made me so nostalgic. My writing was rather short then, but I think I kept things more interesting in those few sentences. I find writing now to be a little more awkward now since I haven't done much recreational writing during the last couple years. One of the roleplays I read still has many aspects that ring truer to me now than they did then.

I love just about every character in Legends. They are all amazing. XD

I didn't get a chance to start Batwomen. I was so busy with classes when it started that I couldn't keep up. So now I just have to sit and wait until all the shows are up on Netflix.

Okay, great. Thank you.

Yeah, they are.

It's interesting. I wasn't sure about Ruby Rose as Batwoman at first, because I know that Batwoman from the comics is portrayed as this redheaded, player lesbian femme. I also didn't care as much for her seemingly shallow step-sister and her main love interest and I wasn't quite sure what to make of the main villain. I didn't like the way her love interest treated her. I don't want to say too much since you haven't watched it yet, but I think Batwoman's relationships with her step-sister and the villain are starting to develop in an interesting way.

Lol Sounds good. I never really understood the point of sprinkles though. Aren't they just to make your sweet treats more aesthetic? Didn't you have a phase where you liked glitter too? I don't know exactly how I went from sprinkles to glitter.

I ate one of the chocolate fudge lava cakes my mom bought from Costco. I wanted some berries with it, but our strawberries went bad. 😣

ѕolanιne | 9090 comments I dont know, it just makes me feel better, they’re the thick rainbow ones you put on ice cream. I have them left over from my birthday so I gotta use them up. Oh I never truly gave up on my glitter/sparkle phase as is seen in some of my art.

Ohhh I made a mug cake in the microwave yesterday and it was great. I really want some wild blueberries but they are so not in season, however if I could get some frozen that’d be fine too.

I see. Lol It's a pride thing, isn't it? Rainbows and glitter. I saw this cool, bisexual pride t-shirt some time ago, saying "I'm a mixtape," and the mixtape is pink, purple, and blue, of course. I like how subtle and musical the shirt was.

Ooh, that sounds really good. Blueberries. 😋 I miss food from Manhattan Chinatown. They closed down because they weren't getting enough business, but there was this one bakery with a delicious blueberry mouse.

Our local Chinese place is closed since its family run, so when they school closed up and we started online classes the owners decided they needed to be there for their kids. But yes, Maine Wild Blueberries are the bessst, so tiny but so gOOD!

Maine Wild Blueberries are just like itty bitty blue berries, theyre so tiny to harvest them we use a rake and pail. If you've ever had Cracker Barrels blueberry pancakes then you've tasted them since thats the berries they use. You can also find them frozen in stores in the U.S as they're widely popular, though your better off getting them fresh if you're ever in Maine. Same with lobster if that's your thing, though I'm a born and bred manier i don't like fish and shell fish so I'm not a fan.
