I was supposed to go to a halloween party but some stuff happened so, I'll literally be doing nothing on halloween. Not really my holiday... I love thanksgiving though!

I was thinking about dressing up as a pirate for Halloween, but I don't know. But Halloween is one of my favorite holidays for shopping for cool socks and tights.

When your jamming out really hard and your teacher is curious as of what it is so you unplug your headphones and This Is Halloween plays full blast and he says that your Halloween hype is too real.

I'm just curious... Anyone that plays video games ever heard of smite? It's on pc, xbox one, and playstation 4. It's a third person MOBA with gods from all the pantheons. I've been playing it for like 5 years (because I have obsessive mythology disorder... lol).

@The Batman you're characters don't need approving I don't think... You only need approved if it's the child of a virgin goddess

I thought children of the Big Three were only allowed to be created as long as there were openings on the character list.

The whole idea was about limiting how many children of the Big Three there are, since children of the Big Three are very powerful.

Usually you check the list, and if it's open, you make one. You can request if you want, despite that, but YOU MUST GET APPROVAL for a big three kid. Histories are important.

Okay... Hello there PJO, HOO, BOO and TOA fans. I would like to share something that came to me earlier. So we all know our little ray of darkness Nico was born around the 20's right? Well in that time being homosexual or gay was considered a mental illness, right? And when Nico confessed that I quote “I had a crush on Percy," Nico spat. "That's the truth. That's the big secret.” (House of Hades). I think that because of the time he was raised in where as I stated before homosexuality was considered a 'mental illness' so Nico tried to make himself hate Percy. After Bianca's death, it hurt him and gave him a reason to hate and resent him. Though in the back of his mind that crush was still there. He was a child brought up and raised in a different time. A time where they were taught to see homosexuality as an illness, a disease, as a mental disorder. Now there he was in the 21st century where it was okay to love the same sex. Where people were open about it, yes some didn't agree but others were supportive. It was when Nico got over Percy that he realized this, but by then "Right," Nico said again. "But it’s cool. We’re cool. I mean, I see now … you’re cute, but you’re not my type." (The Blood of Olympus). I just wanted to share that sorry if it didn't make much sense.

I don't know how accurate it is, as Nico was only 10 at the time, and probably didn't come against any conditioning directly against homosexuality as he'd be considered too young for that sort of training. No one would realize and actively punish him for it. Even now I wonder what Riordan was thinking when he has a ten year old start crushing on people. I think it may have made more sense if Bianca had been 14-15 and he'd been 12-13 in The Titan's Curse. It felt contrived later on when he made the big reveal.
