If you could change anything about the book what would it be? Would you stop something from happening? re-write the ending? What would you do?

Ah. Well the reason was (view spoiler)[ Elizabeth knows that if Joshua got sent to Hell, she could manipulate him into doing what she wanted if she ever needed him by getting him out. If he was free than she couldn't get anything out of him and he would most definitely be able to interfere with what happened to his son. Jesse isn't nearly as powerful and Elizabeth doesn't have to worry about anyone keeping Rachael "safe" since he does that. He also wouldn't be able to do anything about his daughter, which even if he wasn't supposed to have her he would believe it was his. (hide spoiler)] still; I did go back and forth between the two of them between drafts. It wasn't until the final draft that I decided that was what I wanted.
