Katherine has long thick raven black hair and pale, smooth skin. Kate is all about drama in her eyes. She is constantly seen with long, dramatic false lashes and extreme black smokey eyes. Though she is not an Aphrodite, or any child of Love, Beauty and Seducing, she is fairly familiar with make-up and how to use it. She is always seen with medium gray circle lenses on, to make her eyes look rounder and more bigger. Her lips are always pale, she does this by brushing foundation over it then applying a lipstick color a shade pinker then her normal skin tone.
[ Personality ] Katherine is not the type you can make swoon in over a second or two. She takes time to open up and start trusting you. She is rarely seen talking and when she does, her voice is fairly quiet. Though when she is familiar with you and trusts you, she is extremely outgoing and can be louder then you think she can be. The more you know her, the more you'll see her smile and slowly, she'll open up to you. She never involves herself into someone else's business unless it is her friend/lover. She isn't the type to be nosy, but can be fairly stubborn when she feels like it. On the other hand, when she completely trusts you, then that's a whole new story. She is always there to give a helping hand and will offer her trust and support when you needed it most. She'll always try to cheer you up when you're depressed even if she sucks at it.

[ History ] Katherine weren't always this "emo looking" as other people say it. Her hair was once a lovely chocolate color and she enjoys life and colorful objects. That was 2 years ago. Ever since a monster attacked her family, she has been on the run. She remember having her wallet with her so she used the remainder of her money to change her appearance by dying her lovely chocolate hair, raven black. She was found by another camper on a quest about 2 months ago and bought her Camp right away. She never saw that camper again, assuming he is dead since he had never returned from his quest. She has turned to make-up to create a mask from her real self to reality. And she's been pretty much depressed ever since.

History: Rizon's history: It wasn't as bad as Naze makes it out to be. History: He was an orphan, his mother didnt want him when she found out that he was part god and dumped him at an orphanage. He grew up and went to school like any other normal kid aside from the fact that he kept seeing things that everyone else insisted never existed. This kept him as an outcast at his school so no one even noticed when he was taken to the camp.

Depressed, Bipolar, Dahlia is one mixed up soul who can't seem to figure things out. She can be extremely happy one moment, and then in one of the worst moods of her life the next. It's the stupid things that will either tip her over, or make her ecstatic. She doesn't know why it happens, and wishes it wouldn't, but there's nothing she can do about it really. She just does her best not to let it get to her to such extremities that she can't control her mood swings. If it does get out of hand though, the best thing to do is just to leave her alone. Talking to her isn't going to make things any better. As a matter of fact, you'll probably just make it worse.
Now you add in depression. When she's on one of her highs in bipolarity, you won't be able to tell she's depressed because she'll be so extremely happy. But the next minute, she could become extremely depressed because of bipolarity. But since she also suffers from depression, this makes her moments of sadness even more extreme, which is hard to handle. If she's neutral, her depressed side wil more likely take over and she'll be mildly sad. She has three zones really. Extremely happy, somewhat depressed, and extremely depressed. Sometimes she will truly just be neutral, but this rarely ever happens.
Dahlia isn't very social. She's most often described as emo, as she tends to wear dark clothes and doesn't talk to people much. She's very introverted, and prefers to stay with herself. She thinks that if she avoids contact with others, she may not be so bipolar. But she's wrong. The two aren't connected, and there's really no way that what she does is helping. But she does it anyways, as she just doesn't socialize well. She just doesn't really like other humans. If you try to talk to her, she'll probably give you a disgusted look or rude gesture, and then leave without further explanation. For this reason, she has no friends, really, except for her brother. He's the only one who's really always there for her.
Since Dahlia doesn't get along with people, she prefers her plant life. But she's the Demeter child who grows thorn bushes, black roses, and poisonous, dangerous plants. She's never been partial to pretty flowers like daisies and lilies. She prefers the harmful ones, as they make her feel better in some way. And don't take her for granted the skills she has, because if you have thorns growing up your body you're not going to be laughing, either.

When Dahlia was younger, she was always the extra. She was never included in the fun parties or the popular social groups. She never had any friends. Part of the reason is probably because she was bipolar. Nobody could stick around her for long without being yelled at for something that in the long run doesn't matter at all. But Dahlia couldn't help it, and she hated herself for that reason.
This is probably why she became depressed. She was just so upset with herself for being so horrible to people sometimes, even though it wasn't really her fault. She had nobody who would be there to reassure her except for her brother. But he was only one person, and he couldn't help her in the way she needed. She didn't have her dad, he had died when she was little. So her brother had raised her on his own. He hated seeing her so sad and depressed, but he had no idea what to do about it.
Slowly but surely, her bipolarity and depression both worsened until it seemed like she wasn't even a person anymore, but just a dark emotionless shell of a human that used to be. She's been this way ever since, really. And it seems there's going to be no fixing it.

History: Darby grew up in an orphanage, because her mother died in a monster attack. Monsters followed her as she moved from orphanage to orphanage. Gradually she learned to fend for herself and developed a rebellious attitude. She was discovered by a satyr when she was 7 years old, and led to the camp. She made friends in the Ares cabin, although not too many people outside her cabin like her.

Personality: Quiet, indifferent, cold, sarcastic, and just a bit arrogant, Oswin has an aura that makes her seem somewhat… queenly. Unapproachable and distant yet feared and respected, in the whole duration at camp, she has always been alone. And she likes it that way. At least, that’s what she tells herself. Deep down, Oswin just doesn’t know how to let people in. She’s always been smarter, stronger, faster, more talented, more athletic, more… everything than everyone else. Others hate her for her seemingly unlimited talents and she finds people either boring or idiotic. History: Her father committed suicide one day before her 7th birthday. She ran off from her foster home the day after, relying on her wits to survive the streets of New York and running into various monsters in the way. History:She lived in Washougal,Washington, for most of her life (every time someone asked about her hair she said it was dyed,) then when she was 10 she moved to Logandale,Nevada ( which was torture considering she got sun-burnt almost every day,) she lived there until on her 13 birthday she was finally claimed by her mother whom her father told her left because of reasons he could not explain till she was older. A scroll appeared over her head during ancient Greek mythology quiz which she remembered everything about, being the daughter of the goddess of memory. She didn't tell her father nor did any one notice in her class for reasons she did not know. History: Oren was born in New york, He never met his mother and was raised by his uncle, and his "monster" of a wife. When he was 8, he ran away from home after "accidentaly" vaporising his uncle's car with lightning. He wasn't suprised when no one came looking for me. Personality: Josh is a sweet kid. He’s got a laid back personality from his mom, and her talent in music. He could easily make his way to superstar with his voice. But since he’s a demigod he’s afraid that a monster might attack at a concert and hurt someone. He wouldn’t be able to stand the thought that someone else got hurt because of this, so he keeps his show off the road.

History: Josh lived in the country. His mom wanted to keep him away from as many monsters as possible. She home schooled him. But unlike the believed myths, he did not grow up awkward and apart from the world. Being homeschooled actually made him work to be in society, making him more outgoing and brave then other kids. {Demigod Abilities} Dionysus is the god of wine and insanity. These children do not experience dyslexia and ADHD like other demigods, being able to sort out things in their minds very well. They can control the vines of grapes and strawberries, and make them grown in the most peculiar places. They can make wine and other alcohols with no problem, and theirs is always the sweetest. Dionysus' children never get drunk, and alcohol poisoning is a totally foreign idea to them. They are also able to cause confusion in the mortals around them.

{Appearance}

Yumi is a petite feminine with a delicate appearance. She's barely 5 feet tall, standing only about 4 feet 11. But unlike other midgets out there, she loves her height. Since she is so tiny, she is able to hide in most places other people can't and is quite nimble on her feet. Her pale skin is blemish free with occasional breakouts on her forehead, which for the most part is covered by her side bangs. Her waist long hair is dyed a light brown color that has a tint of orange in it. Her eyes are the colour of dark chocolate and her lips are the color of blush and are as delicate as the ones you find on a porcelain doll. She is mostly seen wearing a t-shirt and midi shorts during the summer, oversized hoodie and midi shorts in the fall, a cute sweater and skinny jeans in the winter and a tee and skinny jeans in the spring.

{Personality} Yumi is a "go with the flow" kind of girl and likes to be alone most of the time. She is always seen as a cheerful girl, but when you first approach her, she is kind of shy and is mostly seen looking at the floor with her cheeks tainted pink. She doesn't really have a hard time letting things go, since as I said in the beginning is a "go with the flow" kind of girl. She has a low self-esteem and doesn't think highly of herself. She has a weird obsession with the game "Plants verses Zombies" and is often seen either seen in the Strawberry Field or in the Hermes' Cabin playing "Plants verses Zombies" since they have the most modern devices in their cabin. She also has a large collection of caps that varies in color and design. She is almost always seen wearing a cap that goes fairly well with her clothing. As you can tell by her appearance, she doesn't care about fashion, or what's "In" or what's "Out". Though she is able to make mortals confused, she rarely uses that ability since confusion isn't something people like. She remember when she just entered camp, everything was confusing for her. She didn't understand a thing, and she doesn't want to make anybody feel that way. She's a sweet, caring girl who just wants to live a peaceful life. And she doesn't like being underestimated, looked down upon and/or taken pity on, since that was how she lived before she was taken to Camp Half Blood. {History}Yumi had a hard life before she entered Camp Half Blood. Her mother was...let's see, what's a nicer way of saying this..Her mother was crazy, mental, and insane. Everybody would pity her or look down upon her since she has a crazy woman as a mother. But she doesn't mind, well at least that's what she makes everyone believe. Ever since she was old enough to take care of herself and earn money, Yumi has been taking care of her mother. Investing the money she saved to help cure her mother. One day after her shift, she went to check on her mother, only to find her dead and a chimera standing over her mother's dead body. Luckily, a satyr heard the noise the chimera was making trying to kill Yumi and ran in saving her, but end up getting himself killed in the progress. She wandered around North America for a few months before stumbling upon a daughter of Zeus who was taking a break from Camp Half Blood and all of the training and dangerous. The daughter of the Sky took Yumi to CHB and explained everything to her. All of the rules, the horrors, and the dangers. She's been in camp ever since, and is currently living a happy life.

Personality: Astrid is a kind, flirty, smart girl, but it is all a facade.

History: Unlike many demigods, Astrid was raised not by her mortal mother, but by her father. Palaemos was insane, and he raised Astrid to be his tool on land. Her mom proclaimed her the mistake and moved on with her life. Astrid has only known a life of order and self control. After the few times she has been on land, she learned that people didn't want to know the real her - edgy, sharp witted, smart, dangerous - so she pretends. She wants to be the outgoing girly-girl, but she's not - Astrid knows that on land, she has to put up her facade. Her dad is sending her to Camp Half Blood so she can be trained her further on land.

I'm pretty sure I've already used this picture, but whatever, sue me.
Magia has dark brown, wavy hair and dark blue eyes. She's 5'7", and has a birthmark on the small of her back that sometimes looks like carrot and other times looks like a penguin. She prefers the penguin.

Personality: Magia is very bold, and daring, and likes a challenge. She has more courage than the rest of her cabin put together, and isn't afraid to take a risk or two. One of her favorite pastimes is testing her limits by seeing how far out she can swim in the lake, or staying still in the middle of the rock wall until she's nearly hit by lava. Some say she's even a little too daring at times, but she'll always claim she knows exactly what she's doing.

She's got a bit of an attitude if you rub her the wrong way. Magia won't be afraid to tell you exactly what she thinks of you, as she's thinking it. However it doesn't happen often that she doesn't like someone. She's the type of person that can really connect with anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Magia is often described as sarcastic, witty, and humorous. She likes to crack jokes and make other people smile. Using her magic is one way to do this (as she often does) and sometimes it's just her mouth that takes over. If she says something stupid (which she does all the time) Magia can just laugh it off and change the subject.

The only thing Magia is actually afraid of is not knowing. She's terrified of getting into a situation that she doesn't know how to get out of. That's one of the reasons she's a little bit wary of the Underworld, as she has little power over where she goes in there (I.E. The Fields of Asphodel, The Fields of Punishment, or even Elysium).


History: Magia's birth father, Riley, was a street magician in Seattle that caught Hecate's eye with his tricks. After Magia was born, he moved her and himself down to San Francisco, hoping to bring in better business with his act. When she was old enough to understand, he taught her multiple card tricks and games of the sort. She loved being with her father. Her favorite thing to do was play 'Make Daddy's Nose Disappear'!

One night, while five year old Magia waited in her and her father's dingy little apartment waiting for him to come home... and he never did. While he was out doing his act, he was attacked, murdered, and she was left alone.

When the neighbors finally realized what had happened, and called social services, Magia was adopted out to a family living in Denver, Colorado.
Her new father was a lawyer, who told her things the way they were. Her new mother was a gymnastics coach that often liked to pull stunts in the backyard like flipping off of the deck or doing a cartwheel on the fence. As much as Magia loved her new family, she still missed her biological father, leading to a phase of depression at only six years old.

Eventually, at age eight, Magia came to terms with what had happened, and her personality did a 180 spin. She went out of her way to feel happy to make up for the two years she had lost.

The entire time she was growing up, Magia would always do weird things like talk to animals, coincidentally find things she'd lost exactly when she needed them, make her father drop his cigars in the sink whenever he had one. She'd never really put much thought to it until she turned eleven. When her and her parents had gone out for dinner, the restaurant was attacked by a strange woman with snake legs that only Magia could see. Her and her parents rushed home before they were harmed. Before long, their elderly neighbor came, and told Magia the truth. He was her satyr, she was a demigod, and she needed to go to camp.

Personality: McKenna is funny, energetic, and fun. She's a great friend who's very supportive. She loves to compete in pretty much anything but is extremely fair and isn't a sore loser. McKenna isn't afraid of being who she really is. She is also smart. Athletic.

History: When she was five, her dad married her mom, Penny. Because she was so young, McKenna and Penny have always gotten along. When she was nine, her brother was born. Her parents know who she really is, but Connor doesn't. McKenna loves CHB and is there as much as possible. Because she is the daughter of a minor goddess, she doesn't have to worry as much about being attacked by monsters out in the real world.

Personality: Chase is really smart and loves being sarcastic. He's a nice guy once you get to know him but on the outside he seems stuck up and into himself. He's cunning and crafty. Also very charming. He's somewhere between Nerd and Geek.
He's also very interested in Science, particularly the study of plants. Yes, his mom isn't the goddess/and or muse of plants.
But that hasn't stopped him from his research.

History: Unlike the majority of demigods, Fionah actually has a pretty good relationship with her godly parent. Melpomene was an active part of her life. She never did leave Fionah's father (she was pretty in love with him to say the least!) and was good at successfully juggling work (being a goddess) and her home life (being with her family)
Fionah's father enlisted in the army and was in Iraq for 2 years before he was killed by a roadside bomb. Devastated, Melpomene took Fionah older brother Chase with her to Olympus and sent Fionah off to Camp Half-Blood on the day she turned 16.

Unlike Fionah, Chase was absolutely devastated by his father's death. That's why Melpomene took him and not his sister to Olympus. To recover.
But it hasn't worked.
It's only been a month or so since his dad died and Chase hasn't really gotten any better than the day he first found out his father was dead.
Chase threw himself into studying the strange vegetation in Olympus, determined to find a use for them.
He was so obsessed that Melpomene decided it was time to send him to Camp like she had his sister.
But Chase didn't want to go.
The majesty of Olympus is nothing like he was raised with; it held no reminders of his father.
Camp would be a different story all together.

And so he was sent to Camp Half-Blood. It was made sure that he wouldn't be able to get back to Olympus no matter what he tried.
Who knew elevators could be programmed to do such things as....that!

So now Chase is here in Camp Half-Blood. He doesn't know anyone but his sister (who he doesn't want to see)
Fionah reminds him too much of his father.
She brings back too many painful memories.
