Personality: Somewhat fascinated with life, Rix isn't an evil person. He's just hard to be around since he's cold, literally. His body produces no warmth, seeing as it encompasses death. He is kind, and jokes a lot to hide his inner despair at having the worst parentage ever.

History: Was sentenced to death by the gods, and now has returned. He is being held at CHB until the gods decide his fate, as he is a mass murderer, because he was ordered to by his superiors during the titan war. He killed several gods, back when he had his full strength.

Personality: Maddie is very sweet and kind. She cares for the other demigods at camp and tries to stay away from fights. Although, when she's mad, you might wanna stay away. She is very good at singing and is talented at playing guitar. She is sad to have left her family, but she found a new one with the Apollo Cabin.

History: Madelaine grew up in Norman, Oklahoma. Now, the story of how she was born is not as simple as you think. Apollo fell in love with her mother, Polly, and disguised himself as her dad. After awhile, he left to go back to Olympus, and her mom knew nothing about it. Neither did her so-called-dad. Maddie ended up going to school, but ended up having diffuclties. She was bullied, and by 7th grade, only had 10 to 15 friends. She was lonely and had to move schools. Her school was attacked by a Kémpe and it was after her. She somehow, managed to find her way to Camp, all on her own. And that's where our story of her begins.

History:Alexandrea has always lived near the Ocean with her dad. She was 14 when she first found out who her mom was and it was a big surprise but it made sense. A little after that Alex started to devolope her powers and her first time using them wasn't on perpose but she got suspended from school.

Miranda has highlighted her hair with 2 colors orange and pink (the perfect combo ^^). She is a brunette that stands about 5 feet 7. She has pale pink lips and eyes the color of dark chocolate. Her hair is usually in waves. She is mostly seen with translucent blouses with tank tops underneath. But she also adores casual cute clothing.

[Personality] Miranda is not a very open person, she's not the type to open right away to you or become friendly in an instant. She does not trust very easily due to an experience in her past. Though once you get her to open up to you, she can be fun, loving, caring and loyal. Her open self is way different then her closed self.

[History] Her life changed when she met a girl named Ellen, they became friends rather quickly. One day, for project purposes, Miranda invited Ellen to her home. That was where Ellen revealed her true self and slaughtered Miranda's father, step mother and half brother. The Ellen/monster was about to kill Miranda too when her mother showed up and prevented the murder. Miranda was then sent off to Camp Half Blood for training and protecting.

Demigod abilities: Faye has a skill of camouflage, like the chameleon. She creates the illusion of being invisible, but if you take a close look you could find her. It's a huge effort to disappear her entire body while she's running or moving too much, so Faye uses her ability for stealth type of situations.

the difference is that her eyes are constantly changing colours, depending of her mood and her emotions. Also, her hair changes, but slower. In spring it's chocolate-brown, in autumn it's red like the leaves, in winter it's ebony-black and in summer it's dirty-blonde.

History: (3 sentences)Faye lived with his dad all her life. Her dad knew she was different from the moment he saw her colour changing eyes and tried to hide her from the normal people. However, Faye's gleeful and almost naïve personality was always taking her to the outside, so her dad came up with a different plan. He bought her sunglasses and told people her daughter had sensitive eyes and that she had to protect them against the sun. Faye didn't really cared about it, also knowing that she wasn't normal. At school, her classmates treat her as a freak and the mayority made fun of her. Her dyslexia and the ADHD were a frequent obstacle in classes,but she got perfect scores in art classes and sports.
After a few weeks of her 15 birthday, her dad confessed her the history between him and the greek goddess Iris. Then, Faye went to Camp Half-Blood, but noticed that her half-brothers and sisters couldn't do what she do.

History: Alayla, just like her sister, grew up in an orphanage, just not the same one. This orphanage was closer to camp, way closer. It was near Port Washington. Monsters began to lurk around there and a satyr was sent in to investigate. He found her playing on the orphanage's playground and took her to camp. There, she met her sister. They knew they had to be related because they shared so many traits, the orphanage part included.

Personality: Ben is the kind of guy that would jump on a live grenade if it was near anything living to save it. Though because of his appearance most people avoid him. History: Ben's mother is blind but uses it in her job to her advantage. Erebus found her in Arizona and fell in love. After Ben was born Erebus never came back and it almost broke his mother. ║▌ Laila is perhaps one of the lucky few graced with natural beauty. Born in one of the most prominent cities in Bulgaria, Laila has been the reincarnation of her great-great grandmother, notably similar in terms of looks when put into comparison. Her face is a nice oval shape and very small, complimenting the other features that complete it. Her eyes are wide and almond-shaped, complimented by naturally long eyelashes and the shade of dark, molten chocolate. Her hair is a lovely dark brown, falling in cascading locks and earning its rich pigmentation due to the profuse amounts of eumelanin gracing it. In the winter, however, when kissed with bountiful sunlight, it may appear ashen for some unknown reason.

High cheekbones are well-rewarded, a squared-off jaw softly narrowing into a proportionate chin. Her lips are of average size, perhaps a bit more full than an average person's. Her eyebrows are generally left a natural thickness,and are quite arched. Though many of her features can easily be enhanced by the simple usage of make-up, Laila does not prefer to add anything artificial to her flawless application as she presumes that what nature has given her shall be used as is, since it would only be contradicting and possibly leading her to look like a courtesan.

Laila is a slightly sententious young lady, not wishing to speak with others as commonly as another might. She is not one who is extremely social, nor is she one who is a misanthropic miser. She has a voice, a soft one that struggles to be heard over the din of the others. She is not one who tends to express herself readily; however, when asked of her opinion, she mostly gives her truthful feelings.

At first glance, Laila might seem like a friendly person, talkative and bubbly. After all, her looks certainly rank top when concerning of her simple yet stylish apparels. But what those who probe and near closer realize is she's extremely taciturn. She never opens up, never spills her darkest secrets to anyone, not even those closer to her; her dearest family and motley of friends. One would even be lucky to receive a small laugh from her; 'tis not that she has no humorous demeanor, but that what Laila presumes to be her bearings are not at all what she expected.

Most often, Laila is the one found consoling many with their lists of problems. She is the receptor of many hysterical sobs and rage, the courtesy of many clueless males clumsily revealing their secretive affairs from those loyal in their intimate relationships. Mind you, she does not speak earnestly in optimism; she believes the whole "you can do better, sweetheart" is just a lovely facade of the harsh truth that lies beneath it. It is not that she believes that negative things happen all the time, but most of the time, the joy that humans feel is just a mask for upcoming pain.

Onward to academics, intelligence is quite high of her; at age 3, she was perfectly capable of handling multiplication and division; by eight, she managed to master algebra easily by herself. Perhaps it might be because her parents pushed her to strive for success at an extremely young age before they abandoned her with their early submission to death, but Laila has always comfortable with academics.

Flaunting, though, of her many aptitudes, Laila finds immensely irritating. What nature has graced her with, she has accepted. She believes those noticing of her skills need not say more in terms of praise, but rather treat her the same as she is.

Immigrating from Bulgaria has put further problems on the already heavy burden Laila carries. Defined by her natural beauty and strange yet intriguing accent, she was the new talk of the city. Rumors swiftly spread, glancing from the subjects of what shampoo she used to what color her toothbrush was. Not for once, Laila has been the receptor of many crude wolf-whistles and toothy grins by lusty males. While the attention did its best to embarrass and flatter her, as seen by the sudden appearance of a crimson hue gracing her cheeks and her paroxysmal tendency to look at her feet, Laila did not want anything more than silence.

Often times, Laila can seem immensely the opposite of arbitrary; many, if not all, of her decisions are based on careful reasoning and logic is her best friend when making such choices. However, at rare occasions, Laila can seem to loosen up and have a "What the hell" moment, though, mind you, a careless Laila is not something one would expect to see on a regular basis.

While it does not seem, Laila is the receiver of many, many hardships and limitations that lessened her wonder of life significantly; much of the negative events that have happened to her have greatly been concentrated upon with heavy grief and rage, along with desolation focusing at certain parts.



ʜɪsᴛᴏʀʏ

Born to a lovely maiden and an equally worthy androcentric at approximately just one minute before midnight, Laila was christened the appellation that was to be defined 'night beauty' in Arabic. Her parents were quite pleased to find they had a daughter and soon devoted themselves to nourish her with the best of care.

It was one day that soon ended it all, albeit the fact that it was still presented in the usual, typical way the Akrami household was conducted. The sound of birds twittering cheerfully outside was what irritated Laila's receptors and forced her eyes open only to have her retinas attacked by the unsightly rays of sunshine streaming in through the gaps of the blinds that adorned her window. She groaned, rolling over her solar plexus and digging her countenance into her pillow, intaking a large amount of air as she inhaled and exhaled in a content sigh. There was a sort of airborne and uplifting serenity going on within the recesses of her psyche due to the good amount of sleep she had received. A low smile rested upon her lips at such a thought rising right when she woke up. But the smile simply vanished at the sound of a masculine weeping. Immediately, she became rigid. Her father? She didn't need anything else to aid her as she padded quickly over to the kitchen. There sat her father, hands pressed into his countenance as he sobbed unashamedly. Laila bit her lip before hesitating, "D-Dad? What's wrong?"

Mr. Akrami simply shook his head, continuing to weep; he couldn't stop crying. Finally, gasping for breath, he whispered: "Laila...y-your mother is gone..."

Three years had been enough for Laila's father to succumb to the ultimate depression that had hounded him. One night with a glass of beer was enough to get him addicted to alcohol. Every day and night, he would arm herself with bottles of beer, ignoring the bills and not caring for his daughter. He would weep to herself whilst taking long swigs, tired of everything. Young Laila soon became the object in which Mr. Akrami would depict his anger at; the young girl would stand silently under harsh slaps and drunken shouts, not protesting but silently crying and hoping the 'bad spirit' would pass from her father.

By now, even fourteen-year-old Laila was struggling to hold back the suicidal thoughts that haunted her but that had soon all ended when she was presented with a godsend; a letter from Camp Half-Blood that claimed that she was a worthy demi-god. It had then clicked. Her mother's disappearance. The letter. The strange occurrences that only she was able to see. All those monsters that pervaded her dreams. Her mother was a goddess.

"Dad!" Laila called hesitantly. It was only then that she realized the impeccable loudness of the silence that filled the air. There wasn't the familiar clank she would hear when her father would set the bottle down, nor the loud cries and bemoans at his recklessness. Tentatively, she stood shakily, biting her lip as she crossed over to the dining room. "D-Dad?"

The noose around her father's neck was enough to confirm Laila's belief that he was gone. But still, the child couldn't stand to accept it. She stood there, shaking for hours, waiting for him to wake up and adorn her with new bruises.

But none would come. Her father was gone forever and nothing was going to change that.

The only thing that would change, however, would be Laila's life.

Personality: Very trustworthy, would never tell someone else's secrets. Rough and tumble, not afraid to get her hands dirty. Polite, but when she wants to insult you, she will use her words to cut you down in a second in a way that will take you a while to get your pride back. She will stand up for what she believes in. She is very independent, and can’t stand to have to count on others, mostly because of the simple fact that she's just not used to it. She doesn't care what people say about her, because she is used to the worst a pretty girl could hear in NYC.

History: Elvira is an orphan who spent her childhood on the streets of New York City, with a group of halfbloods, though none knew what they were. She has no idea who her father was. She was often harassed because of her looks. She got a part time, crappy, underpaid job testing cars and other automobiles for a small home-owned company, but hated it, except for the chance to drive. When she learned from a satyr that she was a demigod, she went to Camp Half Blood immediately. After learning that her godly parent was Aphrodite and that was where her looks had come from, Elvira decided she hated Aphrodite for her “gift.” The only good thing that came from Aphrodite was that she can charmspeak, though not strongly.

Her father kept the fact that she was a demi-god secret from her so she's always thought she was..well human! But then her powers started surfacing, monsters started trying to kill her, and so on. Father's reason for not sending her to Camp Half-Blood in the first place: He didn't want to be separated from her. Arien is the only family he has and he did everything to protect her, including giving her a snowflake necklace at an early age that kept her powers dormant until the necklace broke/was damaged. At age 14 she got kicked out of too many foster homes and the police where after her. So then Francis ran away. She has been running from the police and monsters for 2 years until she finally found out about Camp Half Blood.

Skye is painfully competitive, so much so that she always wins, either from the fact her mother is the goddess of victory or because she has the stamina to beat anything and anyone.

History: Her father freaked when he found out Skye's mom was a goddess, but he did not dare leave the child. He raised her in his Maine apartment above his self-defense dojo. There she grew strong and disciplined, preparing her for her life and quests to come. When she was ten, her mother came to her home and revealed herself to Skye. Skye then left for Camp Half-Blood.

Personality: Miralixtra is very sweet and outgoing, and she loves children. She values kindness and bravery, and is level-headed and sensible. She doesn't like violence or bloodshed, and believes that issues should always be resolved verbally.

History: Miralixtra ran away from home the day her father was to be remarried, at the age of six. His fiance wasn't very fond of her, and the feeling was mutual. Along with a new wife, Miralixtra's father would have to take in her seven other children, and Miralixtra knew it was time to leave. After a year of scraping by with different scraps from the people who saw her starving and pitied her, when Miralixtra turned seven, a satyr found her on the side of the road, huddled in a blanket, and crying, and he escorted her to Camp Half-Blood. The number of monsters they had to pass was eerily few, almost none. Once she got to camp, it took Hecate only a few minutes to claim her, and over the course of eleven years, Miralixtra learned a lot of magic from the spell books in her cabin.
