Lived in Melbourne, Australia and ran away after he was attacked in his home and his mother had told him where to go so he fled and took a plan to America but it crashed there were only a handful of survivors then he found his way to camp while killing and being chased by monsters.
He got the curse of Achilles when he and Michael went to the underworld (before camp). Evan led them to Camp and he knew about the world of the gods and he was the reason they survived.

History: Sam used to be named Samantha when she was younger. Sam's dad was in the army. He use to bring her to the training ground where the recruits train. Personality: Lissa is a really sweet but tough girl. She was raised in the mountains of Idaho. She knows how to survive, but shes one of the sweetest girls you'll meet. Shes always been caring and lovable. She cares too much about everybody. Thats her flaw. She cant let anyone be hurt at her hands.
History: When she was very young she was starting to attract monsters. She killed a ver small monster at the age of five (not knowing it was a monster). She was upset for weeks about harming it. when she was about seven years old and the monsters really started flocking her mom put her on a plane to New York. shes made it here and trained for years, loving every second.

Personality: Maya is a kind and loving person. She tries to find good in everything and everybody. She doesn't care what is going on, she will still try to find something good and beautiful. Maya is gentle, but she will fight if needed.
History: Maya doesn't really like to talk about her past, she has tried very hard to forget it. Her father was killed when she was 10, she lived on the streets for a year until a satyr came and found her and brought her to CHB. It took a month for her mom to claim her, and even after that she was very quiet and not very popular. She liked to spend time out in the woods and talk with some of the nature spirits. When things got hard the woods was always the most calming place for her to go to.

Personality: He has been living at camp for a very long time and more than knows the rope and at times tends to act as though he runs the place. He can have a bit of an attitude but he makes up for it with a charm to rival his father’s. He can be very protective- especially of his younger sister but he understands the sacrifices it takes to be a hero.
History: The camp officials had been very reluctant to let them go to camp at such a young age, but Thad was already pretty good with a bow and proved that despite his age he could learn. He didn’t begin really training until he was 10. His sister came to camp when she was 6 and since then he’s looked out for her and overseen her training.

Personality: A bit of a show off, her attitude is a lot like her brothers- she tends to act like she owns camp seeing as it’s the only home she’s ever known. Her brother and mother had taken her to camp when she was only 6. She does have a soft side though but rarely shows it. She gets along pretty well with the Ares kids but also tends to get into a lot of fights.
History: (refer to her brothers) Her brother was sent to camp at 6 and she was sent when she turned 6 as well her training began when she was 10. She has been taken under his wing as she learns and often rebels, even from her cabin as she tends to hang out with the Ares kids.

Bryan gaped, as though that was more than he’d been expecting. “Oh. Okay. Well, um, there’s a silent film festival downtown next week. Do you think you’d want to go?”
I shook my head. “No, I don’t think so. I respect it as an art form but really don’t get much out of watching them.”
“Huh. Okay.” He smoothed his hair back again, and I could almost see him groping for thoughts. Why on earth was he asking me about silent films? “What about Starship 30? It opens Friday. Do you want to see that?”
“I don’t really like sci-fi either,” I said. It was true, I found it completely implausible.
Bryan looked ready to rip that shaggy hair out. “Is there any movie out there you want to see?”
I ran through a mental list of current entertainment. “No. Not really.” The bell rang, and with a shake of his head, Bryan slunk back to his desk. “That was weird,” I muttered. “He has bad taste in movies.” Glancing beside me, I was startled to see Julia with her head down on her desk while she shook with silent laughter.

“That,” she gasped. “That was hilarious.”
“What?” I said again. “Why?”
“Sydney, he was asking you out!”
I replayed the conversation. “No, he wasn’t. He was asking me about cinema.”
She was laughing so hard that she had to wipe away a tear. “So he could find out what you wanted to see and take you out!”

Personality: Jason tries to be funny and optimistic. He doesn't like to be a downer. He already has a lot to be sad about in his old life. Jason is loyal to Camp Half-Blood and his friends. He loves to sing but never sings in front of people. He loves being outdoors and active.
History: Jason is an orphan. He has been at camp for as long as he can remember. He has no family alive beside his godly parent. Since he doesn't know if it is his mom or his dad it puts him in so much distress. The rule of gods claiming there children when they turn 13 seems to not apply to him. He is wondering if the gods are on Mount Olympus fighting to see who gets to be the parent of one of the greatest demi-god in history. A year or two ago he dated Sam Lyall. He loved he whole heartedly but she dumped him. He never would admit out loud that he misses her cause she is fine without him. He's tried to move on. History: He was on the run for a month, and was captured by a gorgon (not Medusa) and eventually escaped when he met another demigod prisoner, but, the other one, he said he had another camp to go to. he was very confused then, but know the two are good friends, regardless of the camps they belong to. he is scared of spiders, loves architecture, I mean LOVES people! he is smart, and he can NOT use a sword.
Best at: being smart. Uh, maybe anything that falls under that category? Oh, and he am very good at screaming whenever he sees a spider. yes, he is very good at that.

{History} Avery was born on a brightly early morning, at 1:00am, April 10th, 1996, in a field with no doctors or medical supplies. Her mother, Athena was randomly hit by the labor and had her right there with Avery's father. So she was told it was a beautiful birth. She came out with a glowing gold aurora. Avery was giving to her father by Athena who told her dad that she had to leave and could not care for her. It broke Avery's fathers heart to see Athena go. Avery grew up with her father. Grades kindergarden through 5th grade, she was just another student. But she had problems, with her ADHD and dyslexia. She tried her best and managed to make it through becoming smarter then ever. She really got some good combat skills when she went into Middle School. Kids were jelous somethimes and tried to beat her up but she beat them up instead. She was always a small girl, not noticable to the eye how strong she could be. Once in High School she was a beautiful young woman. Men adorded her but she didn't know that because she wasn't undestandable at the relationship area. She was completly clueless. Her father always loved her. But when the time came and her scent to monsters were noticable he had to send her to camp. Avery cried. She truly loved her father and was sad to leave him. He always was there for her. {History} Avery was born on a brightly early morning, at 1:00am, April 10th, 1996, in a field with no doctors or medical supplies. Her mother, Athena was randomly hit by the labor and had her right there with Avery's father. So she was told it was a beautiful birth. She came out with a glowing gold aurora. Avery was giving to her father by Athena who told her dad that she had to leave and could not care for her. It broke Avery's fathers heart to see Athena go. Avery grew up with her father. Grades kindergarden through 5th grade, she was just another student. But she had problems, with her ADHD and dyslexia. She tried her best and managed to make it through becoming smarter then ever. She really got some good combat skills when she went into Middle School. Kids were jelous somethimes and tried to beat her up but she beat them up instead. She was always a small girl, not noticable to the eye how strong she could be. Once in High School she was a beautiful young woman. Men adorded her but she didn't know that because she wasn't undestandable at the relationship area. She was completly clueless. Her father always loved her. But when the time came and her scent to monsters were noticable he had to send her to camp. Avery cried. She truly loved her father and was sad to leave him. He always was there for her. She still truly mmisses him. She has been away for a year now.

One day the Gypsea is hijacked by pirates and Marilla's mother is killed defending her ship, in her dying minutes she tells Marilla her dead father was a demigod child of Posiedon is and that she is a demigod as well. She tells her to take the ship and go to Camp Half-Blood where she will be safe. Marilla Arrives at Camp Half-Blood with millions of unanswered questions, having to say goodbye to the crew as she leaves her old life on the ship behind.

Personality: Kind and doesn't want to hurt anyone. She is shy for a daughter of Aphrodite. Jamilia loves everything and Sam(who is like her older sister) says she has no hint of hate in her.
History: Jamilia never had any trouble before age 10. She only had trouble in school with dyslexia and ADHD. Her father and her lived a normal life until her 10 birthday. As soon as Jamilia blew out her birthday candles an empousa was at her front door. Jamilia's dad went to answer it. He all of a sudden was trying to fight off the empousa while Jamilia was hiding. A demi-god came and slashed the empousa in two. The demi-god turned to Jamilia's dad and spoke hushly to him. He went over to Jamilia and told her she was going to a Camp with this demi-god. That demi-god turned out to be Sam. Jamilia loves camp and Sam for saving her.

He has a sense of right and wrong and usually does the right thing unless you hurt a friend or mess up one of his creations then you see his ugly side like his father when he is peeved. He also is a fiercely loyal friend and will make any thing he can if they ask him to help.
History:Joshua has always been a strong kid, always beating the others at sports and in making things. He was somewhat popular in school though he tended to screw up in chemistry because of an odd affinity with fire and accidents, he later saw he could control it and at 10 he could make a dagger on his own. Hephaestus showed up as a sub in his metal shop while he worked on his own car a 1969 Chevy Corvette stingray ZL1 and told him of his parentage which made him nearly pass out instead he melted a wrench with crimson red fire while they were alone.

History: Nathan lived most of his life in the streets as he=is birth mother feared him and at a young age left him to his own will in Detroit. He lived that way for a few years becoming a very calm and collected child, doing what he needed to in order to survive. Nathan tried robbing the Sols and almost got away but Neno noticed, he grabbed Nathan and yelled at him to give it back. Neno had a small measure of his power and he used it to hold him, Mr.Sol calmed Neno and asked without a second though if Nathan needed somewhere to stay to which Nathan had no reply. He stayed with them for a few days and soon came to like the Sols, even Neno who was his polar opposite. History: Ellie lived at Camp since she'd been 6 until she was 10 when she was taken to live with her mother, who is a drug addict. That was why she lived at the camp previously. She ran away at 12 and had been on the move on her own for 3 years. She used her kindness and skills she gained from being a daughter of Apollo to survive. She finally decided to return to Camp Half Blood at 15.

Anne St. Delphi: Ellie's mother; she was once beautiful. When she got pregnant with Ellie, she had been young (only 23) and 2 years after she had been born, she got addicted to drugs. Eventually, she decided to send her to the camp because she didn't feel she was capable of taking care of Ellie. Her problem with drugs worsened and when Ellie returned she was different: meaner, more emotional, causing Ellie to run away. She is Ellie's only family.

Appearance: She has long, wavy, blonde hair that she prefers to keep in a ponytail. She has grey eyes, and pale skin. She is average height, about 5'6". She wears black most of the time, but occasionally wears scarlet and gold (because she is a Harry Potter fan and sees herself as a Gryffindor). She will never be seen anywhere without a weapon.
Personality: She is very strong-willed, stubborn, and fierce. She is brave, and if you call her a coward, she will invent a whole new torture method, just for you. She is restless and has ADHD like any other demigod. When in a bad situation, she is always the first to take action, and hates to sit around and do nothing or let others do her work for her. She is also very confident, and always likes to be the best at everything, especially when it comes to fighting. She is also very smart, and unlike most demigods she does not suffer from dyslexia. The only time she will be still is when she is reading. She loves archery, and when she practices, she likes to wear her hair in a braid as a joke to fellow Hunger Games fans. She is not much of a people person. She is not much of an animal person either, except when it comes to owls (they are her mother's sacred animal, and plus, like I've already said, she is a fan of Harry Potter).
History: When she was 5, her parents were killed by monsters. She was put in an orphanage. She tried to tell people how her parents died, but nobody beleived her and everybody at the orphanage thought she was crazy. When Maddie got to the orphange, weird things started to happen. Everybody blamed Maddie, but she really didn't know what was happening. When she was 7, she ran away. She lived on the streets for about a year, constantly running from monsters. All she had to fight them off with was a butter knife and a small bow and arrow that she was smart enough to figure out how to make out of tree branches. One day she met three other runaways that were around her age. They were Forest Wood, a son of Aphrodite, Silver Light, a son of Hermes, and Ginerva Blaze, a daughter of Hecate. Together, they found their way to Camp Half Blood with the help of a satyr. Maddie and her friends lived at the camp for five years. Then they met the Hunters of Artemis. Maddie joined them. She has been with them for three years, but still visits the camp occasionally.

Personality: Danny is definitely someone you don't want to mess with. She's sarcastic and snappy, and has difficulty in trusting anyone. She doesn't enjoy being near anyone unless that person is kind, and she knows they wouldn't hurt her. Due to a harsh past, Danny is terrible when it comes to making friends or even just talking to people, or so she thinks. She can in fact have a softer side, or even a loving side, but only two people have seen that side and they're both dead.
History: A month after Danny was born she was put into foster care. Pushed around as a kid, made fun of and teased, she wasn't able to do anything to defend herself. She was sent to bad homes, places where the families would abuse her or treat her as though she were a slave. She's never stayed in a house for more than 2 weeks. She then began learning of Greek Mythology, about gods and goddesses. Of course she was teased for this again, but something about the subject made her feel connected, even if she didn't know how. Then, soon after she turned 12, she was adopted by a family that had 5 other children of their own. Danny got along with the parents alright, but it was mostly two of the kids she actually loved like family, Marian and Derek, both older than she. As she got closer to her thirteenth birthday, she began seeing changes in her. Her eyes would change color depending on her mood. She could levitate objects, and she wasn't sure how. Then on her thirteenth birthday, they were all celebrating with a chocolate birthday cake. Danny was sitting right by Marian and Derek, who were urging her to blow out her candles. Danny did, but her powers exploded at that point. She blew the candles, but the fire didn't go out. It grew and grew, and the first victims of it were Marian and Derek. Danny tried saving them and in the process got the burns that run up her arms and part of her collarbone. All of her family died, and she didn't. She ran away after that, and a satyr soon found her in a sad state, and brought her to camp, where she has lived in the Nyx cabin since, heartbroken and without friends.

Personality: Danny is definitely someone you don't want to mess with. She's sarcastic and snappy, and has difficulty in trusting anyone. She doesn't enjoy being near anyone unless that person is kind, and she knows they wouldn't hurt her. Due to a harsh past, Danny is terrible when it comes to making friends or even just talking to people, or so she thinks. She can in fact have a softer side, or even a loving side, but only two people have seen that side and they're both dead.
History: A month after Danny was born she was put into foster care. Pushed around as a kid, made fun of and teased, she wasn't able to do anything to defend herself. She was sent to bad homes, places where the families would abuse her or treat her as though she were a slave. She's never stayed in a house for more than 2 weeks. She then began learning of Greek Mythology, about gods and goddesses. Of course she was teased for this again, but something about the subject made her feel connected, even if she didn't know how. Then, soon after she turned 12, she was adopted by a family that had 5 other children of their own. Danny got along with the parents alright, but it was mostly two of the kids she actually loved like family, Marian and Derek, both older than she. As she got closer to her thirteenth birthday, she began seeing changes in her. Her eyes would change color depending on her mood. She could levitate objects, and she wasn't sure how. Then on her thirteenth birthday, they were all celebrating with a chocolate birthday cake. Danny was sitting right by Marian and Derek, who were urging her to blow out her candles. Danny did, but her powers exploded at that point. She blew the candles, but the fire didn't go out. It grew and grew, and the first victims of it were Marian and Derek. Danny tried saving them and in the process got the burns that run up her arms and part of her collarbone. All of her family died, and she didn't. She ran away after that, and a satyr soon found her in a sad state, and brought her to camp, where she has lived in the Nyx cabin since, heartbroken and without friends.

Personality: The difference between Max and his brothers and sisters is that Max seems to have all of the elegance of love, instead of the raw passion. He's polite, quiet, mostly, and kind. He doesn't care much for his cabin's tradition of breaking hearts, and is only concerned with his own appearance, since he can't really tell what others look like unless he touches them to find out. He tends to be with another cabin mate, most of the time, since some of them are nice enough not to let him get lost. A few have on purpose, actually. He doesn't take kindly to that.
History:
Max was born blind, so he doesn't have any traumatic experiences regarding that, though he secretly resents it. His mother knew he'd probably die without something to protect him, so she gave him a bundle of enchanted cut roses. If he flicked off a petal, the second it touched the ground, it grew into a ruby giant, to defeat whatever monster was attacking him. However, one monster killed his father, and the Rose Sentinel, as he christened it, picked him up on his shoulder and carried him towards the camp. They arrived after a few weeks of travel, and he began training, advancing slowly since he was blind.

When she slides this ring off, it turns into a bow, and a quiver appears on her back. Hermes left it with her when he left, and her mother gave it to her before she left for camp. She learned archery as a sport and competed.
Appearance: Yvonne is below average in height. And her personality more than makes up for it. She is muscular and lean from archery and swimming. She has a pretty face and tanned skin. Her natural hair color is a light brown, but at the moment, her hair is blue. But in a month it could be purple or red just as easily.
Personality: Yvonne is a happy, exuberant girl. Easily excitable, her good moods are often contagious and can bring a smile to almost anyone’s face. She is quite hyper, always running around and playing pranks. She pickpockets because it is what she does, as a Hermes kid. She goes on rants very easily, about the oddest of subjects. She is hyper, and she is random. And by random, I mean RANDOM. She says what is on her mind, whether or not it pertains to the subject at hand. She is painfully blunt and honest, so if you don’t want to hear the truth, don’t ask her. She might tell you anyways. She will talk and talk and talk, until you bring up her sister or Swiss Army pocketknives. Then she will shut you down with a word and walk away. If you push her on these subjects, she will grow very angry. And angry Yvonne is no fun. Angry Yvonne is like a block of ice. And you will freeze.
History: Her mother, Laura, had been married to Dave Clesto happily for years in California. They had already had one daughter, Katie. Then he packed up his bags and left without a word. Distraught, Laura fell into depression, their daughter not even two years old. By chance, while mailing a letter, Laura met Hermes, and they hit it off immediately. Nine months later, Yvonne joined the Clesto family, and once again, her mother’s choice man left. At least Hermes explained what he was and why he had to leave to Laura, and kissed his daughter, adopted daughter, and wife goodbye. So Laura raised Katie and Yvonne on her own, falling into stints of depression every now and then. Katie and Yvonne grew up relatively well cared for. Yvonne was always playing pranks and getting into all sorts of troubles. She would pick locks and steal things, just to prove to herself that she could. She would sneak out just to have fun. Her sanctuary was the roof of their house. When she turned thirteen, her mother told her about her heritage and Camp Half Blood, but Yvonne chose to stay with her family.
When Katie turned seventeen and Yvonne was fifteen, Katie began to date a college aged guy. Laura didn’t approve, and Yvonne had a bad feeling about him. But every time Laura or Yvonne tried to talk to Katie about it, Katie would walk away, miffed at being told what to do. Two months after they started dating, Yvonne snuck out of her bedroom window around midnight, as she often did when she couldn’t sleep. A block away from their house, she found her sobbing sister pressed up against a wall in a dark alley by her boyfriend. Yvonne snapped, and using a Swiss Army pocketknife, quickly got the guy off of Katie, and in the meantime also got rid of one of his eyes. Yvonne was sent to Camp immediately to protect her from the authorities. Katie and Laura were guilty of nothing, and Katie went off to college. The guy went to jail for assault.

~ Yvonne has had an irrational fear of Swiss Army pocketknives ever since the alley episode. If she sees one, she might even have a nervous breakdown. For her, they are a symbol of what she can’t control about herself. They are a symbol of the dark part inside her. She never knew it was there before the incident, but now the knowledge hangs over her. She will not touch a Swiss Army pocketknife.
~ She is a giant music nerd. She’s always humming or singing, and she can sing well, though not like an Apollo kid might be able to. Her iPod is filled to the brim with music, and she has every song imaginable of every genre. One minute she could be humming along to Florence and the Machine, then you might catch her belting out Disney, and in five minutes she could have moved on to All Time Low. And then she might pull out her iPod and start listening to screamo.
