Marshall exudes a confident and charismatic image. They consider themselves as an ambivert, while they prefer and enjoy being and doing things by themselves, they don’t mind socialising and being outspoken if they have to. Despite their constant confident image, they do have a softer and more vulnerable side. They are generally outgoing and friendly to everyone. They are usually the icebreaker and able to make any conversation less awkward. They like to make others feel comfortable around them, thus others see them as a highly approachable person. They are sometimes a bit sneaky and enjoy performing lighthearted pranks and jokes on others. They are a funny guy and like to joke around, they have sort of a sarcastic sense of humour, thus they can easily fit into any social group. Sometimes they can be a bit too outspoken, unable to hold themselves from speaking everything on their mind and also a bit stubborn and headstrong. They very rarely give up on fights for things that they strongly believe in and will not stop until they achieve what they perceive to be the right thing. Their confident and charisma can sometimes be seen as cockiness, although they always make sure to keep themselves grounded. They have a very caring and protective nature. They will do anything and go out of their way to protect anyone they love and care about. They usually put others before themselves which sometimes can be a weakness for them.

Marshall was conceived by Euryale, one of the Gorgon sisters and abandoned as an infant in New Orleans, Louisiana. They were later adopted by their current family and raised in Tasmania, Australia. The Mist had always concealed their gorgon heritage even from themselves. They returned to the US with their family at 12 years old. They had a fairly calm and normal childhood, living further away from most people. At 10 years old after an incident involving watching an inappropriate horror movie that left them traumatised, Marshall was able to see through the Mist for the first time. Upon staring into the mirror and seeing their head full of tiny, little snakes, they suffered a great shock which resulted in passing out for more than 6 hours. After seeing a children psychiatrist, he dismissed the incident as simply a hallucination caused by the trauma of the previous incident. Although the medication had suppressed their actual ability to see through the Mist, they still suffered with constant of episodes of hallucinations and mental breakdown. After two years, their family decided to move back to the states, hoping that their grandmother can help with raising them. After learning of the incident and their hallucinations, their grandmother, a fierce feminist professor taught them about the gorgons of Greek mythology. Ever since then, Marshall became interested in learning about the Greek mythology, especially about the three Gorgon sisters, while most materials are about Medusa, Marshall found themselves more drawn to Euryale. In the aftermath of their parent’s divorce and mother’s marriage to a woman, they finally were able to see pass the Mist for the first time since the childhood incident and saw their snake hair. They were able to remain calm about it and eventually even formed connections with the snakes. Their mother and step-mother had also became pagans, specifically worshipping certain deities of the Greek pantheon. This ultimately led to their first encounter with a demigod who was initially terrified of their appearance. After struggling to explain themselves, Marshall was finally taken to Camp Half-Blood and determined to be child of the gorgon Euryale. Here where the Mist completely revealed itself to them, their gorgon powers activated to an extreme level, petrifying numerous demigods uncontrollably (although the petrifications were eventually reversed by a spell). They found out that their petrification ability might’ve only manifested later in their life which explains why no such incident has occurred in the past. The contact lens that they wear also help in suppressing the power and stop others from actually staring directly into their eyes. On top of this power, they are also able to generate a piercing, deadly scream which they directly inherited specifically from Euryale. They also learned to manipulate the Mist in order to hide and disguise the snake hair as a messy nest of red hair at will as well controlling the snakes themselves. Although they have grown to be comfortable with their Gorgon lineage and appearance, they are also conscious about others perception of their appearance.

Immaculata is a rococo-style stone sculpture who was sculpted a long time ago by a talented but unknown sculpture in 1700s France. She is such a beautiful sculpture that she was presented as a centrepiece of a prestigious palace. She was carved out of marble and painted with bright and colourful colours, truly a prime example of the rococo aesthetic. The origin of her existence is unknown because no one was able to find out who sculpted her. However, she was a lifeless stone sculpture for many years and ended up in different parts of the world, mostly displayed in museum, throughout the century. Eventually, she was transferred to a museum in the United States during the twenty-first century, in an exhibition that showcases the art history of the rococo style movement. Although she was mostly overlooked when displayed in the museum, the goddess Aphrodite took an interest in her sculpture, as given she is the goddess of beauty, she was very fascinated by her beauty. Her sculpture was auctioned and eventually bought the goddess who later placed her among her prized art collection. Eventually, Aphrodite was so absorbed by her beauty that she thought it was such massive waste for such beauty to be wasted on a life stone sculpture. Aphrodite brought her to life, which is inspired by the actual myth of Galatea, the ivory statue that was brought to life Aphrodite as well. The goddess also gave her a bubbly and colourful personality. Her carefree and bright personality led to her becoming an artist after being brought to life. She mostly paints beautiful artworks that heavily inspired by paintings of the rococo time period. While she is able to live as a normal human being with human flesh, she is also able to turn herself to her original stone form which grants super strength ability as well as a highly durable body. If she ever returns to her lifeless stone form again, she will regain her immortality at the cost of her humanity. As a fairly-famous young artist, she was given many career opportunities to travel to different places around the world, in which she travelled to different countries in Europe and lived in some of them, including France which is her country of origin.
