Sheldon Cashdan (gustav1935) | 2 comments Would a kind librarian out there please help delete some of the entries listed below that show up on my name page (Sheldon Cashdan). One is an entry that lists a book "Sheldon Cashdan" with Sheldon Cashdan as the author; one might accuse me of being egotistical but this is taking it to the limit. Then there is an Arabic version of a book of mine that was pirated and should be taken off the list. Also, there is a duplicate of my "Witch Must Die" book that has no cover picture which also could be deleted. Finally, I never wrote The American Handbook of Psychiatry and never hope to do so. Thanks. Sheldon

Thanks for your prompt response. There is only one Sheldon Cashdan...and that's me. I think the confusion arose when I incorrectly filled in the boxes when I first joined Goodreads. While my authors page is fine and lists the two book I want on it, I still would like to know how to delete the superfluous and erroneous entries that come up when someone searches for "Sheldon Cashdan" Thanks.

No, I went to her website and looked at a PDF listing of all her books and this title is not there. So either there was a title change before publication, or this book was never published. This entry has a pub. date of August 2005, the only other work of hers with the same pub. date is Beyond Control. From the PDF:

104. Beyond Control, Ruth Glick, writing as Rebecca York,
Berkley Sensation, August 2005,
ISBN-10: 0425204421, ISBN-13: 9780425204429
(dark paranormal romantic suspense)

My guess is Romance Bite became Beyond Control - both are published by Berkeley (she uses several different publishers) and the month and year of publication match.

Lobstergirl Or - since this is a "mixed prepack," could "Romance Bite" instead of being a book title just be an umbrella term for the group of books in the mixed pack?
