You're not alone, I like finishing series even the ones that I start to hate.

Glad I'm not alone, Melissa! LOL. It becomes almost a challenge. It's like a reader's Mount Everest. LOL.

I felt the same way! All my friends love every single book but it was hard for me to get through Mockingjay. I just stopped liking Katniss.

Right now, I am reading Crossed and so far it is soo boring!

Ron Scheer | 4 comments this isn't going to make a lot of people happy. I liked Divergent. Hated the next two books. I felt like they were a money grab. The third book especially irritated me. When you write from two different perspectives, the reader should be able to tell which character he/she is reading without having to go back to the beginning of the chapter.

Haha I agree with you (especially about the last book!)

Matched for sure I know others feel the same

I actually liked the ending of it too! you are not alone my friend.

I know I didn't love it but it tied up the loose strings

There's a fourth book now called "Sinner". I haven't read it yet but it would probably answer some of the questions we have left over.

Gabriella Pretty Little Liars. The first 8 or so we're good and had a complete storyline that was going somewhere. After that, it seemed pointless. Everything is the same and the characters are annoying. I skimmed the last one.But I still read them like a dummy and only have the last book to read.

harriyanna hasanati hook Diregent. i don't know what it is i just cant get into this franchise. im still mad i wasted $7 on a book i didnt even finish or like

message 162: by Anika (new)

Anika Matched... The first book started out so strong and it slowly went downhill from there.

message 163: by //Rustic (new)

//Rustic Fantasy\\ | 6 comments I think I've said it before but the 'House of Night' series, the 'Evermore' series, and the Watersong series (Wake....)

Caitie (demonkingreborn) | 32 comments I had high hopes for the matched trilogy but..

message 165: by Gennifer (new)

Gennifer Eccles (genni_g) | 11 comments Man Matched trilogy was so bad. Let's not even talk about how excruciating Crossed was

message 166: by Antonija (new)

Antonija (azragni) House of night- I just became uninterested and Caster chronicles- I loved the first book but beginning of the second one was so boring I just couldn't force myself to read on.

message 167: by Dramapuppy (new)

Dramapuppy Maze Runner. I loved the mystery and setting of the first book. In Scorch Trials, you could tell Dashner was trying, (and failing), to recreate it. And in Death Cure, he just gave up. I haven't even read Kill Order; it just looks so bad.

message 168: by Ellie (new)

Ellie | 2 comments House of night
Maze runner
Matched
Watersong

It was originally meant to be a trilogy. She extended it to get more money.

message 170: by Kasia (new)

Kasia (kasiareads) | 16 comments Divergent (spoiler in allegiant ...)
The hunger games (did not enjoy Mockingjay)
