My Sister's Keeper
discussion
What other novel by Picoult should I read?

I'm actually extremely interested in the Holocaust (don't ask me why; frankly, I don't know), and I had no idea that Picoult had written a book about it. I'll see about getting a copy of The Storyteller.
NINETEEN MINUTES. You literally will not be able to put it down. It has all the drama of My Sister's Keeper but it's much easier to relate to, as a teenager, and I find the characters more compelling.

I've read four or five including "My sister's keeper". "The Storyteller" her latest, is THE best.

I'm not a huge Picoult fan but if I suggested one it would be Handle with Care.

Regardless, all of her books are pretty good though they tend to drag on at times with all the court scenes and what not.
I know someone mentioned how they loved Vanishing Acts but I read a book in 6th grade that had the exact same plot line (The Face on the Milk Carton) so i didn't enjoy that one as much. My freshman year I went on a kick and read My Sister's Keeper, Perfect Match, vanishing Acts, Handle with Care, Keeping Faith, and House Rules. I'll have to check out her new one :)

No!!!! You are not alone! I loved that book so much!!! One of my favorites as well. I love so many of her books...

Songs of a Humpback whale does have a bit of a slow start but if continue reading the book ends up being very good!

READ NINETEEN MINUTES

Yeah, it was. I love how smart Nina was to identify who the suspect really was. I tried guessing myself and the book just outsmarted me.

So, My Sister's Keeper has sat very well with me, apart from the ending. I was really blown away since I wasn't really all that excited to read it. I think it has something to do with the author itself, so what other novel by Picoult would I enjoy? I currently own a copy of Nineteen Minutes, but I want other opinions on this.
