Now that's crazy a child's mom trying to kill his son.

I feel that David needs someone that loves him and that treats him nice where he can be who he really is and feel that he has someone to talk to. I question how far does David's mom want to get with him? Does she want to kill him? If I was in David's Shoes I would runaway,but I think David isn't welling to do that because he doesn't have a place to go to. I notice that David's mom only treats him worse when nobody is home, but when someone is around she doesn't do anything to him she just doesn't give him food and makes him do chores.
