Confusion about author

Hi there, need some help here. I own the book Hoverlight (ISBN 034057741) published 1992 by Fay S. Lapka so imagine the chaos when trying to add it and finding all the above going on with the same book having 2 different authors, and the author having a couple of different names.......please advise me what to do.

The book was published under both names, so both should appear on the records for the one published second.

Sorted - 1991 edition has Fay S. Lapka, the 2004 edition has both names, with Fay S. Lapka in the primary position as the original form of the author's name.
