I love this series - it had the greatest impact on me when I was a teenager. Probably the books I reread the most.

okay, so I hope no one minds, but I just started this and there is a lot of name dropping. Which is great, full group of characters, but the narrator makes a point of saying that what she initially thought of everyone has drastically changed from before and after.

Oh, I loved that book! I read it last summer (literally a year ago :o) because I was bored in Australia, and my NZ host mother recommanded it to me.

I read it last summer (literally a year ago :o) because I was bored in Australia, and my NZ host mother recommanded it to me.It was awesome, I literally couldn't put it down for days like the characters are awesome, Ellie is great, there's action, I learned Aussie words.. I had to buy the next one, so I read it right after but then I got lost in the 3rd (I don't know if it's because I was so busy with school or something) so it's still in my nightstand waiting for me. (Call me if you buddy-read book 3 ^^ ?)
