Hi there, I'm currently reading Beartown by Fredrik Backman. So good, but so sad, too. Breaks my heart on every page.
Daisy Jones & the Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid. (Wish I knew how to transform the cover of the book onto this post like some have... I'm learning!)
Finished two at the end of July:I'll Be There for You: The One about Friends

I just finished reading The Skin I’m In by Sharon Flakes. Definitely will be recommending to my nieces as they come of age.
I gave up on the book Love, Again by Doris Lessing. I struggled with it for over 80 pages, but just couldn't devote any more time to it. It's about a woman in her 60s, active in a theatre group, and working on a play about a woman from 100 years prior - I just couldn't get interested in either the characters or the story.
Maybe if you're a real Lessing fan, you'd find it enjoyable, but I'm not, and I didn't!

I can't put Hunting Evil by Chris Carter down. It's like it says 'as addictive as a box set!!' Never a truer word said. The main character is unbelievably evil which makes me the reader question what I've just read or what another character has witnessed. If you're an avid crime fanatic or enjoy psychological thrillers this is one for you.
I’m reading Lock Every Door by Riley Sager and Bad Things by Nancy Bush. Both so far are wonderful!!!!
Leslie wrote: "I've finally got Michelle Obama's Becoming from the library!!"This was a great read! I enjoyed how relatable she is as a human, a woman, and a Black woman. She can touch many simply by telling her story.
Currently reading Robin by Dave Itzkoff, all about the life of Robin Williams. About a third of the way through and it's awesome!
Finished The Last Collection: A Novel of Elsa Schiaparelli and Coco Chanel
by Jeanne MackinMy Review:

This and Through the Looking Glass were my very favourite books when I was very young, and I'd love to read them again!
I had to give up on Becoming - I can't believe it but I could not read it! Every time I picked up the book, my eyes would close. I know 'everybody' loves it, and I had been so looking forward to it as I waited for it for months. Now I'm starting The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah, and already like it!
