What Are Currently Reading?
I'm currently reading Bishop's War and Broken Hearts by Martha Perez. Both are very good, and very different. It's good to read different genre from time to time to open your eyes to different subjects. Who knows, you may get an idea for a book!
I'm starting The Underground Railroad. I know a lot of you read it already but I just got it from my library today. Looking forward to reading it.
I'm reading an ARC of This Is What a Librarian Looks Like: A Celebration of Libraries, Communities, and Access to Information

I've got two going at once. One, I am listening to on audio (with book near me, but I listen while on the computer or cleaning if I can). The other, just the physical book & read it when I can.
The First Wife: A Tale of Polygamy by Paulina Chiziane "Loving" this one. I knew it wouldn't be an easy read, but I am liking it as much as I had hoped & some parts, even more than expected. I love watching the main character grow into the woman she should be. Well, at the halfway point, that's what I'm seeing going on. This will probably go on my favorites because of how well it's written and the characters & their growth.
Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas (Audio) Like this one, but not a favorite. I like the characters, well written, but I know this will most likely not make it to my favorites list. :)
Finished
by G. Willow Wilson-- 4 Stars.Picked up this one for a challenge "Superhero Comic with a Female Lead"- perfectly fits the bill.

Tex by S.E. Hinton
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling (listening to this on audio and kind of following along in the book when I need to, but mostly listening while I am fiddling around on the computer)I needed a bit of a lighter read after finishing The First Wife: A Tale of Polygamy by Paulina Chiziane...wanted a romance but I think the one I have is part of a companion of novels...so, I decided to give myself an excuse to buy more books and waited to pick the romance up. So, I chose HP & Tex (although Tex isn't a light read, it's short & will be easy to get the rest of the way through now that I'm in the mood to finish it). :-)
Started a trilogy by Judith Keim. Started Breakfast at the Beach House Hotel. Pretty good so far! It's about SW Florida and I have lived here for a year now!
