I'm reading 'Manchild in the Promised Land' by Claude W. Brown. It's a struggle for me to get through because it seems like an exaggerated account of the fictionalized life of the author, which makes it appear to be unrealistic.

I just finished reading "Finding Meaning" by David Kessler. A very nice book about moving on. He shares many true stories including his own which adds a lot of credibility to his words.

Now I am reading "Gene Eating" by Dr. Giles Yeo about the human appetite and how it is impacted by our genes as well as the environment. So far it is proving to be an interesting read and quite informative.
