"Can I just take out my phone and listen to some music? Yeah, I still have my phone and for some reason the battery never goes down. I'll shut up for the rest of the time, if you let me." Madelaine said tears still streaking her face.
"Phone? What's a phone?" Melissa took a few steps closer, interested.
((They should end up listening to music together!))
((They should end up listening to music together!))
"Oh, your not from my world? Well it's the device that you can listen to music on, take pictures, play games. It's really cool. Since I'm locked in the cell you could unchain me and I can show you. I promise I won't run away. And when I promise something I never ever break it." Madelaine said truthfully. She struggled to get her phone out from her pocket, the chains not letting her get to it.
"You have games here too, silly. There like little challenges that are fun." Madelaine took out her phone and unlocked it. She pressed play and The One that Got Away by Katy Perry played, and Madelaine pulled up Angry Birds, and setting it to where it showed Melissa how to play.
((She was raised all her life by orcs and the Witch-king. She's never actually played a game.))
Melissa was startled, and looked troubled. "This is powerful magic..."
Melissa was startled, and looked troubled. "This is powerful magic..."
Madelaine chuckledz. "Yes it also has books. I have all of my favorite tales on there. The Hobbit, The Fellowship of the Ring, the Two Towers, The Return of the King, The Simirillion..." Madelaine sighed, and looked down at the ground. "All of my favorite things and they all just had to have him in them..." Madelaine kept staring at the ground until she broke down into tears, putting her hands to her face. "I thought he loved me. I-I thought I might marry him, bear his children, die with him... Bu-but it wasn't meant to be and now I'll die alone. Forever alone..." She had forgotten Melissa was there as her heart broken sobs filled the cell.
Melissa put a hand on Madelaine's shoulder. Not exactly a friendly hand, but not the hand of an enemy's either.
Madelaine kept sobbing. "Ha-have y-you ever h-had a r-real f-friend?" She asked.
"I need to know. I don't think I've sver been treated the way I have in Middle Earth. I need to know." Madelaine said looking up atMelissa her face weak and sad.
Madelaine crouched into the cornor, suddenly afraid. She clutched her knees to her chest, looking up at her fearfully.
Melissa turned around, face red. She shouldn't have let that comment get to her. She turned her face impassive.
Madelaine nodded. "Thank you." She whispered before Melissa left. Madeleine changed the song to Breath of Life by Florence + The Machine.
"I'm sorry I upset you." She said.
Madelaine shook her head. "No I don't. The only magic I have is skill with weapons."
"Tell me." Madelaine said, crawling up to the bars and pressing her face between them. She was already dirty, dirt on her face, clothes and body.
"I don't understand. Could you explain?" Madelaine asked looking up at her, her face curious.
Madelaine sighed, laying on the cold floor. "I'll never be loved." She said. Before Melissa could leave she said. "I wish you could understand what it's like not to escape." Her eyes were sad, with no hope left in them.
((????))
Madelaine was silent, closing her eyes wishing that Melissa would help her. Wishing Melissa could see the good in herself. Wishing Melissa didn't think she had to be like her father...

((Oh! Sorry I know her better as Lily Potter :3))
Madelaine sighed. She kept thinking of the life she could have known and had if Sauron hadn't destroyed her and the life that was set before her.
((Hey, could we attack Minas Tirith to start the capturing, and war to end good?))

"Hello dear." Woodsong said as he walked into the dungeon looking at her.
Madelaine nearly screamed, from not saying a word, sleeping, or seeing anyone in 2 weeks. "W-Woo-Woodsong?" She whispered her lips trembling. "You need to get out of here! Leave me! Now!"
Melissa appeared, watching. The darkness solidified, picked the locks, and Madelaine's prison swung open.
"Come on Madelaine, Melissa here said she'd let you go now let's get you back to Mirkwood, you'll be healed their." Woodsong said picking her up.
"Why are you doing this?" Madelaine said to Melissa, wincing as he picked her up.
"I don't know what I did for you, but thank you." Madelaibe whispered, pure kindness in her voice. "I don't want to go to Mirkwood." She said to Woidsobg.
"Where to than?" He asked her.
"I don't know. Rivendell is fine I guess. I just can't go to Mirkwood. I swear on my life I'm never going there again. Not after what happened..." Madelaine said.
"Okay than Rivendell it is." Woodsong said walking out of the dungeon.
Madelaine sighed. "Thank you Woodsong. But why... Why did you come after me?" She asked.
"Because dear just I care about you your my friend and I like to take care of my friends, and as I've always said I don't like abandonment." Woodsong said looking down at her.
"Thank you Woodsong. Your an amazing person." Madelaine said smiling weakly.
"Just doing what I think is right besides what was I going to do leave you here, and bye the way Gollum died and than somehow turned back into his old self and he actually looks like a hobbiet agin but he has no idea what has happen for the last hundered or so years.
"Oh, well that's unfortunate." Madelaine said her eyes going a bit wide. "So he's good now, right?"
"Yes he's normal as he'll ever be." Woodsong answered walking out of the palace.
"Woodsong, do you think I'm... Strange? Odd? An outcast?" Madelaine said looking up at him with big sad eyes.
