You know I think someone insinuated as much in a review of one of my stories on B&N. 'How did a girl see death like this?' I'd have to be a George though. ;)

She was the BEST. It's Narooma (Southern N.S.W coast) behind us. :)
Sorry to hear you say 'was':(
I know Narooma, my Mum and Dad lived a lot of years at Dalmeny near Narooma. When we visited, which was often, we'd go to Narooma to shop, lunch at the club, walk etc. Gorgeous place!

My parents live there, and my sister. We lived in Cobargo for a number of years, Braidwood before that. My parents still rib me for moving to Tasmania. They think it's one step away from Antarctica (today they could be right).

Oh wow! We lived in Canberra for almost 7 years, so used to drive through Braidwood to get to the coast. Fancy your family living in Narooma...it sure is a small world!

I agree! Freya lived until the age of nine. She had spinal degenerative disease, the end was long and very painful. But the years with her were wonderful! We have two dogs now: Molly, a labrador, and Locky, a border collie/blue heeler/kelpie cross. Both very cheeky and very gorgeous.

They take every opportunity to sleep on the bed, or sit next to me when I'm writing. I love it. :):)
