Forbidden Forest
Matthew blinked a few times, coming out of his daze. "Huh? Oh, yes. It's just over the next hill in a little bowl like place surrounded by trees." He told her and sped up his walk a bit so he didn't fall too far behind her. He didn't know what was up with him but he couldn't stop seeing his little sister every time he looked at Dorie.
Matthew caught up with her and smiled softly when he saw how happy she was. He smiled and walked up to her beside her. "The flowers are all under the tall grasses. They grow underneath." He said softly.
((idk, maybe a hidebehind or a bowtruckle or something attacks her and he saves her?))
Matthew smiled slightly when he saw Dorie being so careful about the flower's petal. If I didn't know any better, I'd think Marie was right here in front of me. He thought to himself, seeing his little sister instead of Dorie.
He blinked a few times and frowned when he saw a dark shadowy creature move through the grasses and his eyes widened. "Dorie!" he shouted.

Matthew's eyes widened when he saw Dorie get tackled by the Hidebehind. "DORIE!" He shouted and ran down to her. When he was within range, he pulled out his wand and aimed directly at the Hidebehind's head. "EXPELLIARMUS!" He shouted, sending the hidebehind flying back. Once it was in the air, away from Dorie he shouted a final spell to finish it off. "EXPULSO!" He shouted, making the hidebehind explode into dust.
Once the dust cleared, Matthew ran over to Dorie and knelt beside her worriedly, helping her back up. "Are you alright? Are you hurt?" He asked, genuinely worried. It was like a missing part of him had been momentarily restored.

((same XD))
Matthew sighed in relief when she said she was fine and smiled slightly. "Well I couldn't let you get eaten, could I?" He said in a bit of a teasing tone. "By the way, you dropped this," he said and gave her back her wand, smiling slightly but frowned when he saw the blood.
"That needs to be treated." He said softly. He gently picked Dorie up and began walked back towards the castle. He didn't say a word, he simply carried her back towards the edge of the forest. "This is why you shouldn't come in here alone. What if I hadn't been here." He said softly and sighed before shaking his head. "And you need to find a better place for your wand than behind your ear. If you're attacked like that, you're left defenseless. Honestly, does this school teach first years nothing?" He muttered the last part to himself, annoyed.

((lol yep. But it's gonna kinda kill Matthew inside the closer and more involved with the corps she gets. He doesn't know but the Corps were the ones who killed his sister because she was a squib.))
Matthew smiled a bit, fighting to keep it from being a smirk. He did get a little... okay very prideful when he was complimented on his skills. And now he remembered his original plan in the first place, though the were a small stab of guilt in him.
"My parents taught me from a young age. There's this sort of club back in America they were a part of. It taught the members powerful magic and how to use magic to one's fullest potential. They teach kids young so my first year of school, I already knew spells like that." He told her and smiled down at her a bit. "If you want, I could teach you." He offered. "Wouldn't want you getting hurt again while I'm not around to save you."

Matthew frowned when she hissed in pain and began walking quicker so they got to Madam Pomfry faster. He knew it probably hurt even more than she was letting on.
Matthew smiled at her a bit. "It's no trouble. I'd love to teach you. Besides, how else would I make sure your teacher was competent enough and teaching you properly?" He said and smirked slightly.

((She could get horribly worse and so he runs to hagrid's hut since he's the magical creatures professor?))
Matthew frowned when he noticed how much worse she was getting. They didn't have time for the hostpital wing. "Hang in there, Dorie." He told her encouragingly and began running, running out of the forest towards the CMC hut.

Blair was tempted to walk ahead without any interaction with the girl, but felt it was probably best to let her know it was just her. She stepped forward. The girl still didn't seem to notice Blair. "Sorry," she whispered. "I didn't mean to scare you."
Blair saw the girl looking at her. "Why are you out here?" In the back of her mind, she knew that she was being hypocritical, but continued. "I mean, you wouldn't be out here if it weren't for something important."

"Same as you mostly, but more to just be alone." Blair tried to give a smile but it turned out to be more fake than convincing. She hoped she wasn't creeping the girl out.
She tried to remember if she knew anyone with pink hair and couldn't. She tried to find the words to ask the girl in a way that wasn't rude. She seemed to working on non-rude ways to say things a lot lately. "Pardon me, but I don't seem to remember knowing anyone at the school with pink hair. It would seem that I would remember someone with such an appearance, not to offend you or anything," Blair said. "What's your name, I'll see if it rings a bell."

"Hm. I'm just a seventh year. It's quite strange that I don't recognize you though,"Blair said. "Oh, right I'm a Slytherin. I forgot to mention."
Blair had heard that there are multiple ways to make one's hair a different color. She concluded that Tiana had probably just dyed it recently. Blair knew that muggles had a way to do that.
"Did you do it recently? I mean, dye your hair?" Blair asked.

Blair was always self conscious of how she looked, so she knew that she could never be sure that her hair color looked good on her. However, a few years ago she was tempted to dye her hair purple and that want remained with her a bit. She thought of how wonderful it would be to be able to change her hair different colors at will. Blair tried to remember what it was called when people could do that with their entire appearance, but couldn't seem too.
"Something with an "m?" Blair muttered quietly. She realized what she did by Tiana's face and laughed. "Oh, I said that out loud didn't I? I was just thinking."

Blair knew her parents were planning on her moving away when she was done with Hogwarts, but she didn't know where she would go to. She wasn't exactly poor and could probably afford to go somewhere nice or far away. Like America.

Blair tried to think of any distant relatives that her parents might've mentioned one time or another, but she was almost certain her family had always stayed in France. "No, well, at least my parents haven't told me about anyone living there. As far as I know, my family has been in France and only France for forever. I would just be going for the adventure of it. You know, get away from home." She shrugged. "Not that I dislike my parents or anything, the opposite, actually. I just want to see what it would be like."
Blair supposed she really wanted to go to America because she wondered if she could survive by herself. Her whole life, her parents had gotten everything for her that she would ever need and more. Now that she was getting closer to getting out of Hogwarts, she wondered if she really depended on her parents all that much.
"Sorry, I'm rambling. You'll see that I tend to do that a lot." Blair blushed and asked, "So...what do you have planned for after Hogwarts?"

Blair's parents hadn't sent many letters to her this year, or come to think of it, her whole time at Hogwarts, but she knew it was just because they were unthinkably busy with work. Blair suspected that her parents expected her to become like that. Too busy to take a few minutes to write a quick letter asking how their child was getting on.
Blair returned to thinking of a way to turn the subject to Tiana. "Do you get letters from your family much?" Once these words had come out of her mouth, Blair realized how personal a simple question like that was. Tiana might've not wanted Blair to know her situation with her family or if she even had one, but she just waited for an answer.

Blair froze and regretted asking her because it clearly was a subject she wasn't keen on discussing, yet at the same time Blair wanted to know more."Oh," Blair said quietly. "I didn't...I mean, I didn't realize...I'm so sorry, but..." Blair paused and decided to not pry too much, but she was too curious to act like it never happened."You don't have to tell me, but...what happened?"
Blair couldn't believe she had been so careless in asking a simple question about the letters she received from her family that turned into something so personal. And she probably wouldn't be getting many letters from her family, Blair thought, but that was a rude thought so she put it aside. She couldn't imagine what life would be like without her parents so she felt an enormous amount of sympathy.

“Oh.” Blair felt like a moron just standing there and feeling sorry for Tiana. Her childhood wasn’t too bad at all, but she still managed to have a bad attitude towards most things while the girl in front of her had seemed like the kindest person to contrast with what she had been through. Blair admired her for that.
“I am so sorry. And I know you probably don’t need sympathy, but I just would’ve never expected something so sad to have happened to you.” Blair looked at the ground, embarrassed for making her share a story which she, obviously and understandably, wasn’t something she shared willingly.
Was this a long time ago? ‘Cause I’d say you’ve come to terms with it!” Blair said, looking back into Tiana’s eyes. “You’ve got to be proud of yourself, dealing with it, that is.”

“That’s good.” Blair replied. She somehow knew that Tiana was that kind of person.
“Well. I don’t know what to say, really. My dad lives in America and I visit once and a while. The U.S. is very different. People are really different than we’re I live in Wales.” Blair laughed. “They care less about everything.” She loved the people and the place, but America was more a unique and individualized place.
“Where are you from? In a non-creepy way.”
((Sorry it’s so short—I’m in a bit of a rush!))

“Wow!” Blair said. “I don’t travel that much, except for my trips to America, of course. It would be cool to live right by Hogwarts, though.”
“Yes, I suppose we should be getting back, being in the forest and all.” Blair replied. “I’m afraid I don’t want to know what comes out at night here.” She laughed nervously.
On the walk back, Blair became quite paranoid. She hadn’t thought about all the things that hid in the forest. She was sure they were fine, and after all, it wasn’t even that dark out, but the strange sounds made her jumpy. A twig snapped and she jumped and grabbed Tiana’s arm. They laughed and continued.

“Oh, I’ve never been super into the sport,” Blair said. “But that’s only because I’ve never understood it. I haven’t ever watched more than a couple games.” She really didn’t get what the point of any sport. Most of them involved people getting hurt and people screaming, booing, and cheering when some object was put into a goal. That much, she had figured out.
“What about you?” Blair asked. She wondered if Tiana liked that sort of thing.

We cant start yet, these guys are already here

Tiana nodded in agreement.
"I'd never play," she told her, "frankly, I'm no good. My dad played when he was in scho..."
He and I are RPing. Sorry about that. He is new to the system.

“Oh, that would be wonderful. I’ll see you around then, I guess.” Blair said and smiled. She hadn’t seen Tiana around the school much, but she felt that if she were looking for her it would be easier.
She waved as she walked away from Tiana. Blair was proud of herself for making a new acquaintance, or maybe even a potential friend. Making friends wasn’t usually her forte, but she was aiming to do better at that.
((Thanks for the RP!))

Saina reached the same old oak tree where she and Arthur always sat. They always came here together but Arthur said that he was having some work so he will join her afterwards. She sat on one of the roots of the oak tree and realised that how quiet the forest felt and how lonely she was there. There was not even the sound of bird. She waited for Arthur to join her.

He headed down to the forbidden forest using a speeding spell. He better not be late, he was the host of this meeting after all.
When he got down there, Saina was already sitting on the roots of her favorite oak tree. As he neared the oak, he got ready to apologize for being late by 5 minutes.
"Hi Saina, I am so sorry for being late, class ended and then I had to get some stuff from my room. Our professor let us out later than usual due to some potion mess-up. I moved very fast and when I knew I was going to be late, I used a speeding spell to get here fast. I am the host, after all, I am so sorry. It won't happen again!" He ranted quickly in one breath. He felt so bad that he almost sank to his knees from the running.
When he finally calmed down enough to speak, he sat next to her and kissed her cheek. He smiled, his eyes twinkled from the little light entering the forest.
"How are you?" He said finally.

As soon as he got near he started apologising and didn't even let her speak. "It's okay, it's okay.", she said reassuring him. "You are just a few minutes late, I just came." Saina wasn't the type of girl who would get angry on such silly things.
He was breathing heavily and his face was red and covered with sweat. "I am absolutely fine." she said returning his smile with her own. She took out her wand and with a wave obtained a goblet of water. "Here" she said offering the water to him. "What about you?"

"I have been very well. You probably are wondering why I brought you down here, it's a long story, so we shall start by catching up!" He looked at her face. She seemed slightly confused. So he put his arm around her and continued. "The last few weeks I have been working on a project. This project is for you because it's based off a tree!" He got up and helped her up. "But first we need to head to the deep part of the forbidden forest!"
Arthur put the tonic on his hands and out came some Thesterals. He passed a chunk of meat, and one of the biggest ones caught it.
"Let's go!" He pulled Saina towards the animal. He set the saddle bag on top of it's back and helped Saina up. They went far up into the sky. The castle getting smaller as they went deeper into the forest.

Arthur quickly took out what Saina called the Thesteral calling potion because when he rubbed it on his hands the Thesteral came for him like the moths for light. They climbed together on one of them and there they were......high in the sky. It was the second time she was riding on a thesteral. They seemed to oblige everything that he said to them.
"Your surprise isn't like you gave me last time when Sidli came running and started licking me, is it?"she shouted above the sound of wind. "I don't want the creatures licking me."she said giggling.

"Let me help you!" Arthur said getting off. He helped her down and took the saddle bag off the Thesteral.
"This way.." He said leading her near a great big oak tree. The tree had a door carved into it, it seemed.
"Knock four times, each on the different compass point!" He instructed. Saina did so and the door opened. Inside was a two-story home-like structure. Arthur had the idea of this place when she had told him about her favorite tree.
"The elves helped me. It's all yours!"

Saina's eyes widened with astonishment as she saw the house which was built in a great oak tree. It was beautiful, of course the elves helped to make it. And there was Arthur.....how he thinks of all of this. She gazed it for a long time, took in each detail of it.
She was so glad that she had no words for it. Arthur was standing behind her waiting for her reaction but all came out was, "It's really really beautiful. I love you very much." she said smiling. "But is it allowed? I mean won't you be in a problem if someone saw it?" she said with worry. He shouldn't face anything because of her.
She didn't wanted anyone else to see it, not even her friends and she also wanted to thanks the elves who made it.

Inside, the room was circular-ish. The polished wood ceiling was decorated in a single chandelier. The windows were small and were tinted purple. There were many yellow and blue coloured bookcases built into the wood. A single table for two was in the center with a vase of hibiscus flowers. Carefully carved and smooth staircases on the left spiraled up to the second floor.
On the second floor, two single beds on either side of the room. The center of the room had two couches and a coffee table. The couches were navy blue and black. No roof, only a ceiling curtain, which could be opened to the bright sky. There was a charmed lift on the side which lead up to the outside of the tree.
After showing Saina the entire place, including their trip of climbing branches, Arthur brought Saina inside.
"Well, now that the tour is over, I would like to know your review of it, madam!" He used a mocking tone of an old man. He was only making a joke to lift her spirits.

She cleared her throat and started graciously-
"I haven't seen anything like this before. It seems like it just came out of a storybook. I loved the first floor extremely especially the bookcases. The idea of the ceiling curtain is fantastic.", she stopped for thinking more to speak but there were no words. "I am completely speechless.", she exhaled loudly, " But how do you think of all this? And it would have taken so much time. You wasted it for making this for me. I really loved it Arthur but there us no need for you to give me all these presents. You are enough for me." She stood up and hugged him tightly.

"The gift wasn't entirely yours to be honest.." he started sheepishly. It was a gift for her but not like that. "It is a gift for both of us actually. The idea came from my imagination, a dream home for me!" He wasn't actually talking to her though, he was just talking out loud. He took her hand and let her sit on his lap. He liked her embrace and closeness, something he would never be able to control when they were alone. It wasn't like that was all she was to him, she was much more than that. She didn't talk much though, and it made him nervous when he didn't have anything to say either. He looked at her again, her red hair against her sun-kissed skin was delightful and her gentle fingers against his were soft.
"We have this place all to our selves, except Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. The elves come then." He said finally.

((Sorry, it's very little. Can't think of anything else))

"Well, I do have herbology on two of those days.." Arthur said lost in thought. Saina was pretty quiet now that they had finished looking around.
Suddenly, a thought popped into his head, the one place he had yet to show her about this paradise.
"I forgot to show you something, let's go. But you need to be blindfolded this time." He took her scarf and wrapped it around her head covering beautiful eyes. He then picked her up and carried her down to the lake.
Right at the edge of the silver and blue glazed water he put her down. He then took her hand.
"Do you mind taking your jacket off?" He asked. She nodded. He helped her remove her jacket and asked her to wait. He took his shirt off and in a sudden movement pulled her into the lake. This lake wasn't the same as the one back at Hogwarts, though the two were connected. When her head popped back up, her scarf was around her neck.
"The water isn't too cold is it?" He asked with a mock of concern.

The inside of the house was warm and the water of the lake indeed felt cold. "You..... It is cold!!", she said widening her eyes, " I should have known you were up to something, how can you forget showing something." Saying this she started splashing water at him. It was fun though. After a long time she was in lake. Well summers were the time to do all this, weren't they?

In his head, he counted to 3. Then he tossed her back into the water. She came back at him throwing water near his face and climbing onto his back. This was something Arthur would love to do once in awhile with her, but that would ruin the special moment for both of them.
They had played in the water for an hour and were still laughing when they stepped out. Saina flicked her wand as soon as they were out of the water and both of them we instantly dry. Arthur waited for her to put her wand down before he picked her up so that her legs wrapped around his waist and her head only an inch below his. He looked at her and kissed her. She kissed back and he stood there holding her.
"We are lucky we don't have things to do for another few hours, cause it's a Saturday." he said finally. They were both at the oak tree, which Arthur named the Great Oak. Arthur was sitting on the couch with Saina's head on his shoulder and they were reading their own books quietly. He started to poke her every few minutes and each time she would swat his hand away in annoyance.
"I am going to get food from the elves downstairs, be right back!" He called from the staircase after getting up. He wasn't that hungry, he just didn't want to read. But Saina wanted to so he did.

She went upstairs and with the charmed lift she was in the branches. The sky looked beautiful with a mixture of orange and blue. There were still few minutes for the sun to set. She wished Arthur would come quickly so they can both see it together. There was no sign of him for another two minutes so she went downstairs again hurriedly to see for him.
"Arthur!! Arthur!! Where are you?" ,she shouted on the top of her voice so that wherever he was will come.

Suddenly a branch broke and he fell onto the floor with a thud. He counted to ten and checked to make sure no bones were broken. He was fine nothing but a few scratched.
Her saw Saina running outside towards him. He smiled cause of how she looked so worried.
"Stop smiling nothing is funny, you fell off a tree!" Saina said something like that but Arthur didn't pay attention. Instead, he took her hand from where it was stretched out to help him. Instead of getting up he pulled her on top of him. He was on his back with her on his stomach.
"When your upset, you look cute, did you know that?" He said ignoring her frown. Without letting her reply, he pulled her into a deep kiss, one where she wasn't going to let go. Arthur held her against him and started kissing her neck and her shoulder.
Stopping, Saina's hand fell on his shoulder and pushed him away.
"What happened?" He said. It was his time to be concerned.

"This looks better", she said observing him. They might miss the sunset but she want to know what exactly he was trying to do covered in that black cloak. "Okay, So would you mind telling me what were you up to?", she questioned her in a motherly way. Saina thought she knew the answer but she wanted it to hear it from him. "You could have broken something or.....", she sighed. "Okay, then tell me.", she insisted.

"Nothing. I just felt like climbing up." He shrugged and got up. He knew she would see through the lie but she wouldn't find out what he had planned. She was getting more mothery than usual and it was kind of disappointing.
He helped her up and walked them towards the oak.
"You really need to learn when to assume the best and worst of me." He said through gritted teeth and stalked inside.

"Arthur! Wait!", She called and ran after him. She took hold of his hand. She looked at his face, he was angry. "See, I was just caring for you. I know I should have said that nicely, but I lost my temper.", She sighed, "I am sorry."

"I will see you at dinner." He said quietly,
Saina walked off towards the building while he stayed back with Thesterals. He didn't know what was wrong with him. He knew what was wrong yet he didn't understand how to fix it. He had to fix it.
Later that night he went back to the forest. Saina was there this time sitting on a rock putting pebbles in a specific order.
"We need to talk." He said sitting next to her.
He shook the thought from his mind and continued to follow the girl. "Be careful of tree roots!" He called to her, though not sure why. Why should he care if she fell?
