((Awwww ~_____~))
Aito let a small laugh out as a reflex and hugged her tight.
"Thank you." he said. There was nothing that made him feel better. They hugged for some time and then he let her go.
Even though Juniper had just agreed to spend the ball as his company, Aito couldn't feel complete joy. There was a dark spot in his current white world and he felt he couldn't extinguish it. He had decided not to talk about it with Jun, since it would simply ruin the mood.
They sat around their small table and Aito was holding Juniper's hand in his. Without helping himself he let a few regrettable words out.
"Juniper..." he started and then looked up to match his eyes with hers. "Don't go back."

Aito let her lift his hand thinking over what she had said. He knew she wasn't happy at France, she couldn't be happy. He felt awful for even suggesting she should stay, him being so selfish even though he knew she went there for her sister.
There was nothing Aito wouldn't do for Myriad so he could imagine what a difficult position she must have been in.
"Yeah you're right." he said smiling and pushed back all these thoughts and feelings, letting just the fact that Juniper was with him feel his heart with joy.
He hopped up, squeezing her hand. "Let's go!"
((I know right? They are so cute :) ))

Aito smiled softly as he thought of where they could go. He searched his mind but couldn't find one perfect place for them to be.
So he decided.
"Let's go everywhere Jun. Like a tour! From the waterfalls, to the meadow and from there back to castle. To visit the Gallery, the Courtyards, the Great Hall and the Kitchens.
I want to go with you to every possible place." he said softly.
He took her hand and guided her out of their small treehouse. With a wave of his wand he locked it up and started walking towards the forest, without letting go of Juniper's hand.
Even the sun shined brighter when she was around him; this, this must be love.
((Cheesy, I know :p Anyway, I felt like ending the RP, I didn't know where to take it from there. Thanks for RPing Grace!!! Maybe we should go to the ball thread next!))

She knew that she was not supposed to come into the forest, especially not by herself, but the green and browns of nature attracted her.
On this day, Sophia was taking a small, brisk walk through a path that she knew well, when up ahead she saw a figure. She hurried into the trees and placed a slight cloaking spell on herself so she would not attract attention.
She began creeping towards the figure, and almost decided to go back to the main grounds and allow one of the teachers to deal with this.
However, on closer inspection, the figure was small, and was wearing a black robe. When she finally got close enough to see, Sophia realised that this figure was not something to be afraid of; but was, in fact, a fellow Hogwarts student.
She removed the cloaking spell and moved closer to the figure, waiting for them to notice her before scaring them.

"Don't worry, I won't tell on you being out here... As long as you don't tell on me," she smiled at the girl mischievously. She noticed that the girl had a book in her hands, so sat down with her back against the tree next to her. Her robed fanned out around her and the breeze began to blow heavily.
Reaching into her pocket, Sophia pulled out a copy of one of her favourite books: Maximum Ride by James Patterson. She crossed her legs in front of her, and made a gesture to the other girl to ask what she was reading.

"And in answer to your second question, I come here because it's the only place where I can seem to get any peace and quiet. It reminds me of home." At the word 'home,' Sophia began to reminisce about her childhood: long walks through the fields, climbing to the tops of the highest hills just to run back down again, being able to learn outside when she was in school and could embrace the fresh air.
As much as she loved Hogwarts, she hated having to be inside so much, surrounded by cold, hard bricks, and so many people.

"So, what's London like?" Sophia had never been to a big city, she had spent her childhood moving between the farm in Ireland, and the country house in Spain. She loved the outdoors and the clean air. To her, a place as busy and loud and smelly as London could not make a very nice home, but obviously some people felt differently.

Sophia grabbed her book, and cast another cloaking spell over both her and Audrey. They rushed through the forest, quickly enough to stay away from Hagrid, yet slowly enough to make minimal noise.
They finally reached a small clearing, over one side was a large willow tree, the beaches hung low to the ground and the leaves swung softly in the breeze.
Audrey pushed through the ferns and they both flopped down at the base of the tree, heaving a heavy sigh of relief at not getting caught.
One she had gotten her breath back, Sophia replied to Audrey's earlier question: "I'm in Ravenclaw too, a 5th year. Are you in 3rd year?" She asked, not sure of quite how old the other girl was.
This spot was quickly becoming one of Sophia's favourites; the breeze was minimal, and whilst there was not much light, a soft glow shimmered through the leaves and danced across the faces of the two girls.

"Do you enjoy painting?" Sophia asked. She had always been jealous of those who could draw or paint, as her talents lay more in music and dance. Whilst she had an affinity for acting when she was younger she seemed to grow out of it when she came to Hogwarts. Few students knew that Sophia could play any instruments as she tended to keep this to herself, but she was willing to share with Audrey and she was certain that they would become very good friends.

Audrey seemed like a very intelligent girl to Sophia and she was surprised that she was only in 3rd year as she acted a lot older.

"So, what is your favourite lesson here at Hogwarts?" Sophia asked.

"Well I've actually only just been taught how to conjure a patronus. It took me absolutely ages to conjure mine as I wasn't sure what my happiest memory would be. I'm surprised that you conjured a patronus so early, barely anyone has done that." She thought back to what her happiest memory was. The first time she performed in the ballet: Swan Lake with a live orchestra. It was the biggest performance of her life, and it was unlikely that she would ever be able to perform something so spectacular again.
"My patronus is a swan, coincidentally," she said. "As my first proper ballet was Swan Lake," she clarified as she realised that her previous train of thought had been completely inside her own head.

Sophia did not quite know what had made Audrey so upset, but thought it may be a painful memory to do with her dog. Because of this, Sophia did not push for an answer, and leaned back against the hill that they were sitting on.
The sun was beginning to dip into the horizon, she estimated it must be about 5 'o' clock and that most students would be doing homework or getting ready for dinner. However, Sophia was glad that she and Audrey had met and had become such fast friends, it was surprising to her that they had only met a few hours earlier when Sophia had mistaken Audrey for a trespasser.

Sophia's legs were beginning to ache from all the walking they had done. After they had returned to the Great Hall, her and Audrey had decided to trek back up to the hill on which they had sat before. The summer sun cast enough light for them to be able to see clearly, but the temperature was slowly dropping.
"That was a really lovely meal. I'm so jealous of the Hufflepuffs that their common room is right next to the kitchen." Sophia panted. "Not that I should know where their common room is," she laughed. Sophia knew that each house was supposed to be separate, but she had managed to sneak into the Hufflepuff and the Gryffindor common rooms every once in a while. However, she had yet to figure out how to get into the Slytherin common room.

Every time she had attempted to gain access to the Slytherin common room, she had been seen by a student, who's defence against cloaking spells was far superior to her own cloaking. Audrey suddenly became even more interesting to Sophia as she had the answer to one of the only remaining questions that she had thought of upon her first arrival to Hogwarts.

However, the look on Audrey's face told her that it was not the experience that she had initially made it out to be, and she imagined poor Audrey being trapped in the cold, dank common room surrounded by the Slytherins.
"I suppose, if we've broken into other house's common rooms, how many people do you think have managed to get into our common room?" She pondered for a moment. "I mean, I can't even get into the common room sometimes because the riddles are ridiculous, but maybe people from other houses have managed to get in..."
Matthew stood in the forbidden forest and looked around. He smirked slightly as he stood in a spot and looked out at a tree. "So this is where Lord Voldemort stood when he killed Harry Potter for the second time. And as a result, only weakening himself by killing his horcrux." He said quietly to himself.
The very air in this area was rigid and cold. Not animals or creatures of the forest came here after what happened that night. Matthew smirked and bent down to pick some leaves from a plant beside him. It had been growing there since the night of the battle and it had extremely magical properties. Properties Matthew needed for a potion that would grant him all he wanted and desired.

Kahlen was squatting in a tree, reading silently and twisted her hair with her wand. She heard the crunch of leaves and the snapping of twigs. She looked down and quietly closed her book. Their was a boy standing there, and he began to speak to thin air.
He spoke of Harry Potter, and Voldemort. He spoke almost...reverently. She decided it would be best to make her presence known, in case he wanted to leave because of her.
She slung her book bag over her shoulder and slid down a smooth branch to the earthy ground. "Hello," she said brightly, smiling widely.

Matthew was a little caught off guard by the sudden appearance of the strange girl but didn't let it show. He frowned and raised an eyebrow at her. "What are you doing here?" He asked, walking over to her and smirked slightly. "You know, the forest is off limits. You could get in lots of trouble." He said slyly. He could use this to his advantage. Somehow, he could use this. And her.
Kahlen looked at him skeptically. "As could you," she noted. Who was he to tell her where she could go? Kahlen was used to being over looked, going unnoticed most of the time. She skulked in the background. A complete wallflower. She squinted at him, knowing she recognized him from somewhere, but where?
Matthew smirked and shrugged. "Guess you're right there. Except, I have a written note of permission to be in the forest. You see, I'm searching for rare plants to help me make a special potion for a very special spell. If you assist me, I won't let you get in trouble for being here." He told her and smirked slightly.
"I'm in here often, haven't been caught. Unless you count Hagrid, but most people never do seem to count Hagrid," Kahlen sighed. "Uh, who are you, again?" She asked, smiling a little, a bit put off.
Matthew smirked slightly and began walking, his hands behind his back. He walks around her casually. "Well I'm known by many names. But as for my name, you can call me Matthew Anderson." He told her and took her hand, kissing it gently as he bowed.
Kahlen blinked. "Nice to meet you. I'm Kahlen," she replied, stuffing her hands in her pockets. Mathew Anderson. Where had she heard that name? Mathew.... Ah. It was Julian. Julian had...something to do with this boy. Something... Kahlen tried to look unfazed, blank. She racked her memories, trying to remember what it was.
Kahlen scratched her nose, smiling a little in the silence. "What are you doing in the forest?" She asked. Matthew opened his mouth. "No. Really."

((Julian and Matthew still haven't met yet.))
Matthew smirked slightly. "Truthfully, I am looking for potion ingredients for a three step spell I am attempting to cast." He told her and pulled out his wand. He smirked slightly and pointed it at her head. "Hold still." He said.

((They haven't, but Julian knew about the Anderson's family, because he's been part of the Unseen for a while))
She froze. Was he going to jinx her? Kahlen stood still, grew roots, nothing could have moved her. "Okay," she said a little too loud. He smirked. She stood, waiting.

Matthew shot a curse at a pixie just beside her head and then hurried over to it and put it in a bag. He then turned to her and smirked. "You didn't think I was going to Jinx you, did you? I wouldn't do that till I knew you better and you irritated me more." He said with a smirk.
Kahlen forced a smile. "Of course I didn't," she lied, pinching her arm behind her back. She had made a personal goal for herself, no more lies. One tiny one like that wouldn't hurt... Right?
"Why do you need a pixie?" she asked curiously, peering at the spot where it had hovered over her left shoulder. She noticed another pixie, hiding behind a branch a little off the path. She looked at it, curious, and it zoomed away. She sighed.

Matthew rolled his eyes. "Are you going to continue asking the same questions? I told you, I need it for a spell and potion." He repeated once more. Honestly, he was considering cursing her then obliviating her memories and leaving her in the woods to be eaten by some creature.
Kahlen rolled her eyes. "I'd stop asking if you told me what spell you were using it for. Generally, spells don't require... Specimens," she said quizzically, squinting.
Matthew smirked and stood in front of her, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "Well, I'm afraid you'll just have to wait and find out. I can't go revealing all my secrets just yet." He said and gently kisses the top of her hand and bowed. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have to find someone named Julian." He said and turned to leave.
Kahlen froze. "Julian?" She said slowly, she was right. Kahlen again was frozen, unmoving. Julian. What had he gotten himself into? Kahlen wasn't fond of this Matthew character, he was full of lies. She could tell by the way he talked. He was used to people believing him too, and she detested that.
Matthew frowned slightly and stood normally, nodding softly. "Yes. Do you know where I could find him? He's a family friend and I have been meaning to catch up with him since I came here." He said slyly. He needed to look isolated but not alone. That meant keeping Pyle secret and Julian close and public. It was all part of his plan.
Kahlen narrowed her eyes. "Right," she said slowly. Family friend indeed. she thought. She would have known for sure if Julian had been friends with this oddity. She shook her head after a moments pause. "No, I haven't seen him lately. I'd check the library, he's always up there," she lied pointedly, biting back an insult.
She tried to smile pleasantly, and failed miserably, it turning more into a grimace.

Matthew frowned and put his wand to her throat. "I don't like it when people lie to me, Kahlen." He hissed and pointed the wand tip up so it was digging into under her chin. He'd just obliviate this whole thing from her memory later so he wasn't too scared. "Where. Is. Julian?"

Kahlen gasped. "I really, I don't know," she said truthfully, the wand wasn't hurting her, just keeping her from moving too much. "Matthew, I really don't know!" She protested, breathing hard. "I haven't seen him today, I really am not sure."
Eve wrote: "Kahlen gasped. "I really, I don't know," she said truthfully, the wand wasn't hurting her, just keeping her from moving too much. "Matthew, I really don't know!" She protested, breathing hard. "I h..."
Matthew frowned slightly when he realized she was being truthful. He then smirked cruelly. "Alright. I believe you. But I can't have you telling anyone about this, so. Obliviate." He said softly and wiped her memories of their encounter before quickly leaving before she came to.

Kahlen stood still, blinking. What was she doing? She smiled pleasantly, and climbed back up to her spot in the tree, opening her book and beginning to read again.
Why has she climbed down? What had she been doing? She shrugged to herself, and was lost in her stories.

Matthew walked through the forest, frowning and slightly irked. He'd told Pyle to bring Julian to him and he hadn't. Now Matthew had to find him himself. Pyle would pay for the slip up.
Matthew stood at the edge of the Forest looking for more potion ingredients. He was currently peeling back some bark from a tree. On the layer beneath it her used his wand to carve and enchanted symbol of the unseen corps. Then he put back the bark he peeled off and repaired it, completely hiding what he had done. He smirked smugly at his work when he heard someone coming. He hid in the tree line and waited, watching.
Matthew saw the first year girl and smirked a bit. He stepped out of his hiding spot and smirked, tsking. "Well, what do we have here? A First Year in the Forbidden Forest. You do understand what the word Forbidden means, don't you?" He asked and cocked an eyebrow.
"Ahh, yes but I have a written slip from Professor Longbottom saying I'm allowed to come her for potions and herbology purposes." Matthew said and pulled out the parchment slip. "So, your turn to explain." He said, smugly.
Matthew smirked and shook her hand firmly. "Matthew. Now, Dorie, why would your friend send you out here all alone? A first year shouldn't go into the woods without any protection. You could be hurt." He said, pretending very well he cared about her.
Matthew smirked and nodded. He had the perfect plan. Take her somewhere beautiful but dangerous and when she was in danger, save her with a corps spell and she'd trust him and as a Ravenclaw, be curious to learn the magic he knew.
"Of course." He told her. "There's a beautiful flower path a bit deeper in the forest. Come on." He said and began walking through the forest. He wasn't lying. There really was a field.

Aito sqeezed her in his arms, letting her breathe close to his face. His forehead lowered and touched hers as his voice came out all soft and deep.
"Will you come to the Blue Waltz Ball with me?" he asked. He didn't even think that Juniper might not even know there was a Ball in a few days.
He held his breath unable to speak more words. He felt a slow wave of happiness overflowing his chest. The kind of warmth he felt when he was with Juniper; for a second he dared to imagine she would never leave but stay there, with him.
((Sorry for the short post! And for being absent :P))
