Danny took Ingrid's hand. "You're crazy." He snapped at Elena.
Andi moved closer to Elijah's side and watched the group.
Robin had recognized the other people from before, but only from classes. "What is this?" She asked, staying beside Roger. She felt so bad for this. She just wanted to help Jonas... Because he was her boyfriend.
But she was so confused. She still loved Roger and... She didn't know what to do.

Elena sighed. "Elijah, Andi, Ingrid and Danny," she rambled quickly. "Now. Line up! Chop chop!" She clapped her hands to hurry them. "Six against two?" Ingrid snorted cockily. She scanned the ground for her wand, which Greg actually still had, against her knowledge.

Elijah tried to summon Ingrid's wand, but Greg held it tightly, glaring at Elijah as it tried jerking out of his hand.

Then she realized something.
"You didn't care whether or not Roger and I left each other." She muttered, glaring at Elena. "You would've performed the sacrifice anyways. I could still be with him or I could be with Jonas as I am and you wouldn't have cared!" She yelled, walking towards her now.

Suddenly ropes burst from the end of her wand and they started to tangle each of the kids against trees. "Greg. Make sure they can't escape. I need to prepare for something..."

Elijah swore loudly, switching to his Irish dialect. He dropped his wand and let out another string over curses under his breath. "Mother," Roger said warningly.
Greg cackled loudly. "Mummy," he mimicked. "Mummy!"

The ropes wrapped around robin's body. Ingrid cleared her throat, trying to wriggle from the ropes. "Or," she tried weakly, "you could let us go."
Elijah glanced at Andi worriedly. "And you're going to sacrifice me as well, Mother? Your son?" Roger asked dryly, crossing his arms.
Greg glared at Roger. "Tie him up, already!"
Danny just watched, glancing at everyone, trying to come up with something to do.
Andi closed her eyes, leaning against the tree. This was too much for her to handle.

Elena studied her son. "I want you to learn not to do a foolish thing like fall in love." "Um, so, why are the rest of us here?" Ingrid chimed in uneasily.
Elena sighed dramatically. "Stupid Hufflepuff, sure to ask a dumb question. You are needed for a sacrifice." Ingrid's face burned. "All of you are specifically selected due to...attributes you posses."

Greg, will you start by drawing some blood from each of them." It wasn't a request, it was an order.
Greg stepped forward, pulling out a knife. He approached Andi, slitting a thin line in her palm. He roughly tilted her hand down, collecting the blood in another vial. He repeated the process with everyone else. Roger looked at Robin sadly. "Well, you must be miserable, Mother," he said quietly.
Andi was barely even trying anymore. Her wrist bled and her side screamed in pain, and she could feel the darkness seeping into her blood from a while ago. She groaned and closed her eyes again.
Robin looked Roger straight in the eyes. "Roger I love you. I never will leave you again. I p-promise I'll always be... With you. In your h-heart." She whispered, trying so hard to keep her voice from wavering.

Ingrid glanced at Danny fearfully, but glowered at Greg and cursed him in Swedish. Elena sighed in irritation, but couldn't help gushing on her plans. "I'm not flattering you, Elijah. And Andi, dear, why, your specialty is your sweet, darling little innocent charisma," she said with a chuckle. "Danny's is confidence, obviously. And Ingrid darlings is her snippity wit or charm or whatnot. Oh, and Robin is love." She snorted, but turned to Greg. "Hurry up, now!"
Greg cut the ropes holding Ingrid and in one fluid motion, he tossed her to the ground, cackling. He knelt down beside her and made a move to stab her, but at the last moment, the knife flew out of his hand. Roger caught it, the blade slicing his palm open, and he threw it at Greg, piercing his back.
Greg shrieked in pain, falling over.
Robin's eyes went wide as blood ran from Roger's palm.
Danny froze, the tears from seeing Ingrid about to be killed stopping.
Andi sighed in relief, and slowly her eyes closed. She fell asleep, but somehow, the darkness had stopped spreading. It hadn't reached her heart yet. She was still alive, but she had fallen asleep.
