She walked in front of him and kissed him. Then she hugged him closer to her.

After they pulled away, she said, "you kiss so sweetly." Then she smiled.
She took his hand and started walking back to school.
They walked into the dark forest. Becca admired the beautiful surroundings again.
After walking a some amount yards they came across a clearing with a numerous amount of centaurs and vampires around an mahogany coffin "here we are." John said miserably.
"Hey, it'll be fine," she said as she hugged him. She stared at the centaurs and vampires. 'What magnificent creatures! How could I forget to bring my sketchbook?'she thought to herself.
John smiled at her "thanks and I brought you something." John said handing her the sketchbook "I thought you might want it."
"Wow! It's like you read my mind!" She said as she took it, "thanks!" She decided to introduce herself to them, then she sat on a large boulder and began drawing.

Becca was right about finished drawing a particularly good looking vampire, when he can over to talk to her. "Hey, I'm Hunter," he said as he took her hand and kissed it, "might I say how beautiful you look in the darkness." "Thank you. I'm Rebecca, but everyone calls me Becca," she told him. He was sitting next to her and admiring her drawings.
John looked at hunter and said something in Romanian to him the turned back to towards Vladislav who was laughing.
Hunter glared a him and turned back to Becca. "Is John you're mate?" He asked with pure interest."No, we're just really close friends," she answered with a hint of sadness in her tone.
"How come someone as gorgeous as yourself doesn't have anyone swooning at you feet?" He asked with his Romanian accent.
"Actually..." She started to say.
"Hunter what did I just say." John said walking over to him.
"I'm not sure. Did you hear that, lovely Rebecca?" He said slyly. "Sorry, I don't speak Romanian," she told Hunter.
"What's wrong, my fellow friend, I'm not Doug any harm to her," " he whispered to John with a smirk.
"No but she already has someone so lay off." John whispered back.
"You know, I am very surprised that you didn't snatch her right up. She is definitely something. And she has that rare scent. I can easily kill off whoever thinks that they own her," he said in a whisper.
"I'll let you know that I already have someone." John hissed and said "and I don't think I own her and just remember you owe me." John said muttered something in parseltongue and walked off.
Hunter stared in amusement after him. 'So he already has someone. Who could the strange female be?' He thought to himself, 'No matter, as long as he doesn't have this one, I don't have to kill him off.'Becca was done sketching the centaurs and vampires, and she was now observing them. She was watching John in the distance as well.
"Sorry about that, my dear. May I ask if you do have a mate?"
"I'm dating someone called Ethan Brooks. He's a good boyfriend. He treats me right, gets good marks, and he means well," she explained to him.
"But you want more," he said in a knowing smirk.
She turned to face him. "I can smell your need. And I can sense your jealousy towards a girl called Mel," he said as his red eyes flickered in amusement.
Becca was shocked and frustrated. She got up and walked some distance away from the group with Hunter following behind her.
John looked at the Vladislav "Vladislav excuse me, I believe your son is up to no good again." John said with a sigh the vampire nodded and John went after him.
After they were a good distance away, Becca turned back to him. "Listen, I really don't want to go back to all the drama that almost cost me my friendships. I don't need the whole world knowing my thoughts," she said to him."Tell me my love, has this Ethan fellow ever actually kissed you on his own? Does he ever tell you how beautiful you are or how much he thinks he loves you?" He asked as he backed her up into a tree, "I can give you more. Forget about him. Forget about the one who plagues your mind everyday, every single moment. You and I both know its not that Brooks fellow." He put his arms on either side of her.
She was slowly starting to fall into his deep red eyes. She could feel his breath on her neck and his leather gloves on her waist.
"Hey hunter." John said turning hunter around and punching him in the throat.
Hunter hissed at him. "You're ruining everything! You're going to pay, Jackal." He turned to Becca and said, "we'll meet again my love. I'll be sure to keep in contact with you," he said with a smirk. He walked away into the deep forest.
"I've heard that line before." John muttered and walked up to Becca "are you alright?" He asked concerned.
"I'm fine," she said with reassuring look. She started to walk back to the group but asked, "how much did you hear?"
"Close to all of it." John said looking ahead.
"Can I try something? But you have to promise me, you wont tell anyone and you won't get mad at me," she said with a determined face.
"Yes you can and I won't get mad at you." John said giving her a reassuring smile.
She walked up to him and kissed him on the lips.
"And that's what I thought you would do." John said still happy.
"Did you feel anything?" She asked him.
"Well three things compassion, happiness and love." John said looking directly at her,
She took a deep breath and said, "John, when I look at you, all I feel is happiness and love. I feel jealous whenever you're with Melania. I feel nothing when I'm with Ethan. I felt something in that kiss. I don't know if we share the same feelings though. I feel so guilty that I kissed you and that I betrayed my friend, but I just have to know what you're feeling about me."
"I can understand what your feeling I truly can but." John paused to collect his thoughts and said "when I am with Melania half the time I think she will break up with me the other half of the time I don't know what to think, and you shouldn't feel guilty for kissing me you were curious." John put a hand on her shoulder and looked at her and said "if you want to know what I feel about you well that's hard to place if I had to say love, passion and the rest I can not place." John said looking down now at the small snail.
She looked at him with a confused pout. "Sorry but I'm still kinda stupid and slow," she said trying to lighten up the mood, "just tell me if you feel the same way I do."
"I'm sorry I talk in riddles at point." John said smiling "now to answer you qeustion I do yet you probably feel it stronger towards me than I do you." John replied.
"So you feel it, but at the same time you don't feel it?" She asked him.
"I feel it towards you lesser extent than you to me." John explained.
"I see," she said as she turned and walked back to the group. She took her sketchbook and sat on the same boulder as before. She started sketching vigorously until the vampire that had been along to John came to sit with her.
"Hello Becca is it?" Vladislav asked her.

"Sorry about hunter he is very hungry." Vladislav emphasised the word hungry and looked straight ahead at the coffin.
"Yes, but he is the first one to call me beautiful, even if it was for show," she replied quietly.
"Really, aside from that fact I just wanted to apologize for him because he is too much of a coward to do it himself, so how did you get away from him?" Vladislav asked her.
"John saved me. I love him you know," she told him sadly.
"I know, and he doesn't love you backi assume." Vladislav guessed.
"I'm not sure. But I guessed it a no," she told him. Tears were already starting to cloud her vision.
