Hi Elise (sorry Ana but as I'm on, I might as well answer Elise's question.),
You don't just need to put the picture hyperlink in you need to put image brackets as well. Which you'll find when you send a message, there is a link that says: (some html is ok), click this and you'll see the Image brackets.
