SOLVED. Fiction about garage computer company [s]

This is driving me crazy. It is a book from the early 90's, about a privileged woman who leaves her wedding on a motorcycle with a man named Sam. I can't remember her name. They live with his mother, who is a hairdresser. Sam and his best friend are working on a computer in the garage.
It's kind of a Jobs/Wozniak story but it is fiction.
I hope someone can help me before I lose my mind.
