Multiple ebook/kindle editions that need a merge

Nothing special, just that the ebook only exists as a Kindle edition, so the other two are redundant. One was only created because the author incorrectly merged his sequel in with the book and made it invisible.

It may not be listed on B&N any longer, but it used to be. That edition is perfectly valid.

Sorry, I thought it was enough to link the book in the heading, Waylander. Rivka, there are still two kindle editions, then, but I guess I can edit the other to be more specific if I can find anything else about it.
