Shetan put his arms around her protectively as he looked out the window.
Shetan didn't really think about the fact that he was holding her in his arms. He was watching the storm mostly, occasionally looking down at her.
"Don't be," Shetan said kindly, bringing her up to her feet and out from under the table as he stood.
"You still look beautiful," Shetan said.
"May I ask why you don't like thunderstorms? Did you have bad experiences with them in the past?"
"I see," Shetan murmured, watching the rain.
"You're not alone this time," Shetan murmured.
Shetan put his hand comfortingly on her back as thunder clapped loudly, and there was lightning.
