I haven't read the first book and didn't check to see if there were others. I think this book is so good it could stand alone! But now I'm interested in the others...

Really? Well, I think that's ok since the first book is about Bliss and Garrick. But Cade was introduced there, like you know, part of a love triangle. Lol! ;)

You can totally read this as a standalone. It's not like it's a continuing story cause each book focuses on a different couple.

I kinda figured that's what book one would be about. I haven't the heart to go back to it since I've seen how well things end for Cade in this book. Going back to the other would make me sad for him, lol. Plus, now I'm prejudiced against Bliss.

I completely agree. This book didn't make me feel that I was missing anything really, even though it was book two. At first, I wanted to know more about Cade's relationship with Bliss, but once I realized it was just like a backdrop to the story, I got over it and totally absorbed into the storyline and characters in "Faking It".

Cade is so funny in book 1, he keeps on calling Garrick with different names like Mr.Taylor, like he doesn't pay much attention to his name and to piss him off. And Bliss keeps on correcting him.
